Had to send back to exchange for a half size smaller….no problem…but, was shocked at how comfortable these actually are…so comfortable ordered a second pair of different color…with same comfort. Usually, shoes of this style tend to feel more like a boot, but these are extremely cushy and comfortable for all day wear….was a great random find online.

I'm a 9.5 , 99% of the time . These unfortunately ran very narrow and tight . I'm guessing I would need a full size larger . LOVE the look of them , the suede is stunning , but I'm sending them back and unsure I'll order a larger size .

Perfect, finally. Overused the great Zappos return policy to finally end on this one. Love the short suede uppers and very comfortable and lightweight.

The arch support just felt like a lump in the shoe and was not comfortable to me at all.

The boots look great but they're smaller than I expected. I recommend ordering a size larger.

Very narrow fi. I do not have a wide foot, this fits very narrow and my heels slippped.
