When the shoes arrived they fit and appeared as advertised. They were also comfortable. I plan on buying gold cup from now on. I have worn " Top Siders" for approximately the last 58 years. Gold cup style are very comfortable. Happy with the purchase

i like the shoe and it's comfort. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't a tie less shoe as the picture indicates. The shoe has traditional laces so the picture is misleading

This boat shoe is beautifully dished and has garnered lots of compliments. The insole has a lot of padding that keeps my feet very comfortable all day.

Very impressed with these right out of the box. They give a little extra kick of style with the woven material, but pair perfectly with any classic boat shoe styling. Definitely a great addition to the summer wardrobe!

Picked up all 3 colors this month. Really liked the look & was extremely surprised at the comfortability for long hours - day or night. Wanted a style a bit different in the topsider crowd at gatherings. Perfect - along with complements from friends!

Have bought them for 25, 30 years and can still wear the first pair to walk the dog. Good looking, tough shoes. Getting expensive though.

It's is a very well made, comfortable shoe. I generally wear deck shoes w/o socks and this shoe was extremely comfortable right out of the box. The woven leather is a great look. Hope this is a style that will be maintained.

True to size and fit just as all Sperry shoes. Slight blemish in the leather on one shoe but on the side, not on the top. Hope the woven effect will last as well as regular boat shoes do and not stretch or tear.

I have been wearing Sperrys for years and they are top quality and fit very well I usually where the original boat shoes and they are always made well and last well, a great shoe I would recommend these to anyone who likes boat shoes they are the best

Shoe has 2 piece insole. When you do not wear socks and pull your foot out it pulls the insole apart. For the price these are it should have a 1 piece insole.

The fit is good. The quality of the woven leather outside is not as expected. There is a broken strand on the toe of one of the shoes (defect straight out of the box) that will only get worse with wear.

I have been a Sperry boat shoe customer fot decades. The last several years it has beeen a challenge to find colors and color combinations I like. In the spring I bought a pair of woven leather and a pair of black leather gold cup shoes. I really like the way they look and fit, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how the soles suck up water. Even if I am only walking on a wet surface with no puddles, the inside is each shoe is quickly wet. The shoes then take a few days to dry out. Not what my experience has been over the years, but probably the standard now?

These were expensive shoes that didn't last an hour before the weaves cam loose even though there was no abrasion or impact to cause the defect. I have bought several pairs of Sperry shoes over the last few years and this is the 1st revieved with shoddy workmanship.
