Recommend ordering your regular size shoe. Fit true to size. The shoe is light weight and comfortable as far as fit. As far as support, id recommend getting your own inserts. The ones in the shoes do not do much and I went home with aching feet. I work 10 hours in a warehouse and cannot imagine standing or walking all day in these. I drive various pieces of PIT all day and my feet still hurt. Will be keeping the shoes but putting in a pair of different inserts

I usually get timberland pro and once again these did not disappoint! Comfortable and have lasted 9 months + and still have life left! lol (and yes I work 10 hour shifts.)
