I've been looking for basic business pumps for a while, and was almost despairing when these turned up. They are terrific. The heel is solid and supportive, and it's chunky enough not to get stuck between bricks or cobblestones. The heel height is in the perfect "Goldilocks" zone that most shoe manufacturers seem to try hard to avoid - a true 1.5 inches, which is attractive with dresses and skirts but also comfortable enough for all day wear. (Side note: Why making shoes in this height range is so difficult, I have no idea.) Last but definitely not least, the arch support is excellent for this type of shoe. One of my feet is slightly smaller than the other, but a pad in the toe area takes care of that problem. Two thumbs way up.

These pumps are beautiful. Nice leather. Perfect heel height for my purposes. Length was great. Shoes were comfy wearing around home. But I purchased these to wear for choral performances where I must stand in place for a bit then walk down stairs etc. After about 30 min standing in place, my toes went numb which made walking confidently down stairs a bit dicey. Since I’ve already worn them out of the house, I must keep them but I will be researching some arch supports/inserts to hopefully help.

These fit in my regular size. Was looking for a nude dress shoe that was comfortable enough to wear to a wedding all day. I no longer wear heels, but wanted something that was elegant to wear with a dress. Perfect!

Beautiful shoe and very well made. Unfortunately too tight through toe box for my wide foot. I will sadly need to return this shoe. Just thankful Zappos has an easy return policy.

I need more arch support than this shoes has. I am looking for strong arch support and stiff leather. My foot is trying to roll to the inside. I settled on a Dansko shoe. It is not as pretty as this shoe, but it supports my foot better.

Very nice looking shoe. I bought a 5.5 which would have worked nicely but the toe box was tight making any walking quit uncomfortable.

These shoes are absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted, but they did not fit my bony, narrow foot.

The most comfortable neutral shoes that go with casual dressy outfits. I tried my true size 6.5, but they were a tad too snag. Probably breaking in would’ve worked, but I was still healing from breaking in another brand’s shoes, so I simply got size 7 and it was a perfect fit right off the bat.

Perfect pair of pumps! The leather is lovely, and these classics are made in Brazil of quality construction. I wore them straight out of the box, and then bought a 2nd pair in the beige shade. My foot size is 6-1/2 slightly wide and 7 fit just right.

Nicely made shoe. I normally wear a 9.5. The 10 was too large in the heel. The 9.5 was too tight in the toe box.

They fit nicely---BUT, the weirdest thing happened when I tried on the shoes. The left shoes captures air and makes an unpleasant noise with each step, while expelling air through the top of the toe box. I have never experienced this before. I asked my husband, "can you hear the noise the shoe is making?" He said "yes". I was wearing nylons at the time. Too bizarre. I will be sending the shoes back.

Beautiful shoe. I wanted to love it. But it hurts my toes and inside of right heel. Great flex. Just not right for me. Need them for Flight Attendant job and will be on my feet a lot. Must be ultimately comfortable for long hours. I could only wear this for a short time. Must return.

Keepers! The shoe sizing recommendation told me to order 1/2 up. It was perfect. The Nappa kid leather is soft and giving. The shoe is less matronly than it appears in the photo.

The fit was fine but the heel too low

Size 7 is a perfect fit for my 6-1/2 slightly wide feet. Leather is lovely, a pinkish beige that's so classy. My 2nd pair of this brand. Highly recommend these shoes, made in Brazil. The heel is trendy but not obnoxious.

Beautiful shoe. I had hoped it would fit properly as it is just what I have been looking for. Even though the toe is rather rounded, it is still too narrow. If I ordered wide, it would be too wide in the heel area. I'm afraid if I go up a half size it will be too big and slip off my heel. Disappointed.

These are beautiful shoes. I wish I could wear them. They fit pretty well but had a slight gap at the back. After wearing them for 15 minutes in the house, my bunions ached and turned red. The slight heel caused my foot to press against the front of the shoe and hurt. They looked great on, I love the color and the material, but I'm afraid my days of wearing shoes with any heel are over. Sadly, must return them.

These shoes are very comfortable. The style is simple, practical, and perfect for the office.
