This is a beautiful shoe that is well made and great style. It just didn't fit me, it seems like the toe area of the shoe was too narrow while the heel area was too big.

Not enough support for what I need. Need to wear them long periods of time.

Loved the shoe. Leather very soft but was too large and my heel slipped.

These are lovely classy high quality soft leather shoes with a dressy look. They are super soft and comfortable in every way, except that in my usual size, 8 1/2 they were a tad too big, just enough to cause them to slip off my heels when walking. Sadly Zappos doesn't have a half size smaller, so I'll have to live without them. (I bought the Napa leather in black.)

My wife felt this was a very comfortable shoe but felt it was at least a half size too big (she normally takes a 7). So returning this for a 6 1/2. Hope it fits.

The toes box is a little tiny bit too marrow and the rear of the shoe is a little wide, but I like them so much. Would have loved it if the soles were not rubber, but hard soles.

The perfect shoe for a narrow foot! Size 10.5 is almost impossible to find these days. Marc Joseph has made a pretty casual shoe in my size. Soft leather and perfect fit right out of the box.

Color was very dark, almost black.

I followed people’s reviews and ordered a half size smaller. Wrong advice, we’re too small and had to return them. I have a narrow foot and they also seemed very narrow.

The shoe WAS cheap - I should have realized it would be MJNY instead of Marc Joseph. But the leather looks cheap and the brown wasn't the brown I was expecting - very dark with a reddish tint.

Shoes came appearing to have been worn already, with damage and defects on both uppers. The uppers also appeared to be very different-like the shoes were not the same. Very disappointed in the purchase. I returned immediately and I am waiting on a refund for the shoes. I used to order from Zappos frequently-I do not plan on ordering in the future.

After reading other reviews, I ordered both a size 7 (my usual size) and a 6-1/2 and glad I did. Thanks to Zappos’ easy order and return policy, I was able to compare and return the pair that didn’t fit. The size 7 was definitely too big as my heel lifted out of the shoe and will be returned. The shoes appear to be well made and the tumbled leather is very nice looking. Also didn’t hurt that they were on sale!

I was very pleased with the color and overall the fit. The shoe is a bit snug, but I am sure it will stretch out. I am looking forward to purchasing another pair of Marc Jacobs shoes

This has been my go to shoes. Comfy and stylish. It looks good with jeans and tshirt while running errands AND stylish with wide leg dress pants and a blazer.

Lovely pair of leather shoes. Very smart looking. They were a bit tight for my feet but they were true to size and width. I am disappointed that I have to return them.

Soft soft leather. Fits beautifully. I sized up 1/2 to allow me to wear socks in the winter. Well worth the sale price. Probably worth the unsale price also.

The fit was true — a bit tight on the top of the foot but plan to wear it in.

Nice feel to the leather and good fit. My feet are fairly wide and the shoe fit well and does not cut into my heel.

Great looking loafer but they squeak a little. I will buy some insoles to try and quiet the noise.

Very pretty shoes. Fit was spot on for me. Quality is good. Arch support is there moderately but fine for me, and I do have a need for support.

I really like them. The leather is nice and the fit is perfect.
