Nice boots. But no arch support. I mistakenly thought I could remove and put in custom insoles (my fault for not reading closely). Nice, basic boots. Comfy, roomy. 4 but not 5 stars.

Really like them, but not perfect. I like that the leather is soft and flexible. They’re easy to get on and off. The tread is deep but not grippy. I wouldn’t call them slippery though. They also have soft cushioning but not so soft that they cost stability. They are a little bit narrow, but you can still wear socks. This makes them look more elegant than I expect from this style. However, I expect that they’ll stretch a bit since the leather is soft. While the leather is soft, it is thick. So, it feels like it’s a fairly high quality. They’ll probably still need a little leather conditioning to prevent scratches. My only real complaint is that there isn’t arch support. Though, I wonder if the soft soles will mold to my foot. I feel like it might. And once it does, I’ll get some arch support. I got them for an unreal price. I suspect it was a mistake bc the price has gone up. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and they’ll likely become my daily shoe this winter.

I wish these didn't feel so loose. They are a great boot at a great price. Too wide for my foot, which is slightly narrow.

Beautiful boot but no arch support

This is the black Chelsea boot I've been looking for. Runs big, I wear size 5 and that is the smallest size. So I bought a shoe insert/liner and put it in the boot and now fits fine.

I did love the color of the burgundy boots, but the comfort of the boot was off for me. Very stiff as I walked around my upper ankle area which was really uncomfortable. I bought the 8.5 when I should have just stuck with my usual mostly size 8. I would say they are true to size.
