Complete fail on all accounts! At least in the 11 Wide, they were narrow and short... couldn't even get my foot completely into the shoe! They are also SILVER GLITTER which would be cool if I was 8 years old.
I'd also recommend:
I don't like any brands right now... returning everything : (

I ordered the wide and in the larger size of my normal range - could barely get my foot in. The patent leather doesn't stretch so I'm returning.

They are comfy, shiny and beautiful. I recommend the wide option if your toe are not skinny because they have instep zone short.

The shoe felt like a 5 rather that 5.5. The material is so hard and still that I don't think the right size would be comfortable. The shoes are stylish, very nice looking for skirts, pants.

I bought the Lolly loafer in pewter and it is beautiful. Did not wear it much but after several months the back of the heal was hard with some kind of wiring was exposed. Can't wear them anymore.
