The shoe was wide enough for my wide feet with bunions at 6E. However, there was absolutely no cushioning under the ball of the foot where I need it. Excellent cushioning was provided for the heel however, with the provided insert. I tried 3rd party insoles , but couldn't get these shoes to be comfortable with my prominent metatarsal bones. I often get calluses at those locations when cushioning is insufficient or missing as in this shoe. Also, Fabric shoe sides do not provide enough support for my custom orthotics for my high arches.

Surprisingly both wider and longer than expected and what I’ve been wearing in NB 990v5 (no longer available, alas, and the v6 is unsuitable, ditto alas).

Toe box wide enough, but is too shallow. My own orthotic arch supports fit well and I didn't use the included adjustment items.

No support. I wore them 4 times and they started to collapse. Not even close to what was advertised. Don't waste the time and money

These shoes throw my body forward in an awkward way, even with the extra insert provided. I need to find something more stable, perhaps the Propet shown below

I was very disappointed with this shoe. The shoes never felt comfortable. I tried wearing them with the arch supports & different insoles. The insoles and arch supports came with the shoes. I think the maker has a good idea, but the shoes just didn't fit or support my feet. I shipped them back to Zappo's and received my refund, in a few days. When buying shoes online I will only deal with Zappo's. They are a great company to deal with.
