Coming from New Balance M840 7 1/2 4E wide toe box, which they don't make anymore.
The Orthofeet shoe felt flat, without much cushioning, and the toe box not nearly as wide (which I should have known just from the photos). My toes were squeezed from the side.

Shoe has an elevated heel relative to the rest of the footbed. This was not comfortable for me.
