Surprisingly uncomfortable and I LOVE Cole Haan

Great looking, light weight and comfortable. However the finish is terrible and get scuffed simply by rubbing your finger across the shoe. They are completely scuffed up after only a few normal wears. Disappointed because they feel great.

Cheap Leather, quality aligned with that of SHEIN, Temu, or H&M footwear. Extremely dissatisfied.

The boots are not comfortable at all.

Too big. I usually wear a 13 in Cole Han shoes. These were about a size too big.

Size does not match other prodcuts

Really difficult to put the shoes on, socks get stuck on the inside lining of the shoes it would be nice to have a side zipper for this design

Leather feels like plastic. It will not crease naturally. Absolutely trash

Low quality feels cheap which is very disappointing.

I own at least a dozen pairs of Cole Haan shoes and love how comfortable they are. The first time I wore these boots, however, they cut into my heels so badly they removed a flap of skin off both feet and made one bleed. It was very painful, and I had to switch shoes in the office to commute home. I bought these to replace a pair of riginalGrand Cap Toe Boots that I wore for years and loved, but the stitching on the heel of this pair was not well designed. Serious buyer's remorse.

Liked the look, but pull loop on right boot broke

Return and exchange process is misleading
