Nice color and fit but didn't hold up like past pairs

Great shoes but need more options with reinforced toes because my son with CP wears out the toes in like three weeks

We love Billys but the shoe laces need to be just a little bit (maybe an inch or so) longer so we can tie them. When our son wears his AFOs and SMOs together, we can't tie them. We just tie them without the bow, but he always looks like he's walking around with his shoes untied. They're really stylish and cute though!

My kids physical therapist recommended this shoe brand for his TIPPY TOE WALKING. My kid (4. y.o) and I love them. My kid is on the Autism spectrum, so he likes the zipper, and I think that helps him differentiate left from right foot. So we bought 2 pairs. The only downside for me, is I wish the brand had 1 or 2 pairs that had a firmer/harder sole for the tippy toe walkers that are not on foot braces yet. Other than that, great materials. Definitely recommend them.

Great for slippery Afo's. Need stronger zipper pull.

We love billy shoes! For some reason these ones don't seem as durable as the basic gray model. But my daughter gets tons of compliments and they are so easy to put over her AFOs and we love that!

I will never buy a different shoe from my son again. He wears SMO's and Billy Shoes have made our lives so much easier to get his shoes on! My daughters who don't wear SMO's even want them because they are easy to put on and look great!

It took us 3 tries to find shoes that would work with my daughter's AFOs. While I know there are some specific for AFOs they were not attractive to her like the other styles. We had to go up a size and get wide to get them to fit. More variety in AFO styles and more info on the website to help get an accurate fit the first time would be nice.

These shoes are super cute! But we cant use them. I got them in wide to accommodate my daughters braces, but the still aren't wide enough. We love the Billy product but I really wish they had a bigger selection of extra wide options. When I can get them in extra wide, they're perfect! My daughter is 20 but wears a size 13 in Childrens shoes. Its so hard finding shoes that are age appropriate for her that work with her braces.

The brand looked amazing the quality looked great the size was way off I went by the charts and I ended up needing a size 5 for my kiddo so we just reordered waiting in the new ones to come

Normally we love Billy shoes. We've bought several pair and have been thrilled with how easy they are to put on over our daughter's AFOs. Unfortunately, the zipper pull on the left shoe of the latest purchase broke after a week. This hopefully is just a one-off and not a sign that the quality of the shoe has changed for the worse.

It's not a month that I bought my son a pair and the front rubber is opening already.

My daughter loves these shoes. I just feel like you should have an exchange policy. Especially for the people that can not afford to order 65 dollar shoes.

Loved all previous purchases - these are narrower than older versions and won't fit our daughters AFO any longer.

This is the first pair that we had the zipper break.

This is the third pair of Billy shoes my daughter has got where the zipper ends up tearing apart from the shoe. They are extra wide and we take the insert out. They are easy to zip around her afo but have had 3 zippers tear in less than 2 weeks of wearing them.

The zipper broke after a couple months. The shoes still look brand new. I submitted a complaint. They asked for pictures. I sent them and never heard back. This is not the first pair that this has happened too. That's a lot of money for a pair of shoes to only last a few months. It seems like the quality of the product has gone down.

They run small. I ordered the size my daughter wears in several other styles but her foot didn't fit. Order a size up.

This issue did not live up to my expectations. The first pair I ordered were fine wonderful this pair is zips hard it got stuck a couple of times because it has material sick and I love it and one shoe is lighter than the other. I just did not like them.

We bought these shoes in January, but my son didn't wear them until the first week of February. By Feb. 25, the zipper had separated from the fabric, and then the next day, the zipper's prongs became bent and off track. This was our third pair of Billy shoes in three months and will have to seek out another brand/option, which is a shame because the reputation is so good, but our experience has been anything but that. Our son is only 2 years old and he isn't overly rough on his shoes. These were great to fit his braces, but they just didn't stand up to every day wear at all.

My daughter loves Billy shoes but unfortunately these ran small. She cannot wear them and I can't return them. They will get donated. Buyer beware of final sales.

In less than 4 weeks of wear and with no other damage, the zipper is coming free if the shoe. Terribly disappointed

I bought these for my son. Within one week the zippers tore at the toe. I always buy Billy shoes for him and have never had any issues. I assumed it would be the same for these. Bought two colors and both did the same thing. One pair he only wore twice. Can't return them because of their strict return policy. Now I am out a BIG chunk of money.
