I first ordered these in gray birch/taupe brown, but felt the color made them look too big when they arrived. I returned them for a pair in black/bright purple, which I already reviewed. I like the purple ones very much and would order more in another color, but these particular quilted booties are no longer available. They are replaced with a similar style that I'm not sure I like as much.

the loop on the back of the slipper pulled out of the back and they are very hard to pull on now.

I returned these after trying them out around the house because I realized that while fine, they really weren't what I wanted. I think I was looking for something that felt more comfy and plush.

Look nice but didn't work for me. Just not comfortable for my feet.

I was so excited to buy these - just the thing for taking the dogs outside on cold mornings or puttering around in camp. Sadly, they were long and narrow - which my feet are not.

I like the color combination of these booties, but that's it. I imagined that these booties would be cushy and warm. Not! Even with socks, they are not warm, and the material is thin. Someone said they're good for narrow feet. Wrong. The heel is definitely not for narrow feet. My shoe size is 8-9 narrow, with 8.5 usually best, so I bought a size 9. The toe box may be ok, but not the heel. They are too sloppy to wear comfortably.

Bought for husband, not even close to true to size!

I really wanted to be able to wear this slipper/bootie and tried to get use to them by wearing a short time each day to start but they felt heavy on my feet, very stiff to walk in & have a narrow toe area. None of this changed by wearing them in the house for a few days.

I love the look, but they don't fit. I ordered the size I always wear with your shoes but they're so small I can't even get them on.

The shoes fit my foot fine, but were too difficult to get on. I returned them.

Although my feet easily entered the slippers, the width was too narrow so I returned them. Other qualities of the slipper excelled.

Nice looking but the size 9 was too short. Pretty sure a 10 would have fit poorly. Just not right for my feet.

Attractive booties but the inside seam is too bulky and therefore rubs your ankles causing a blister. If you wear a thin sock, it's worse and too warm. Had to return.

I take a 9.5 and sized up to a 10. They were a a bit loose but I thought I could make them work with thick socks. I was looking for warmth. But the bottoms felt very stiff to me, that in combo with the looseness made me return them.

Instructions say size up if in between sizes. I am an 8.5. I bought a 9 and will need a 10 for sure.

Warm & comfortable great for walking around only wish they were waterproof

Warm and waterproof but not very comfortable. The sole in covered with the same nylon that makes up the body and they fit too snug to wear socks. There needs to be an absorbent lining.

I ordered Women's Mountain Booties (size 7) as an alternative to wearing tennis shoes all the time. I wanted shoes I could wear to the grocery store. I can do that, but darn it, these booties or shoes, whatever, are darned hard to put on! You may laugh at me for saying that, but the opening in the shoe is way too small. I'm a senior lady and it took me about five minutes of wrestling with these to put these on my feet. Shame on you, LL Bean for not having these made with a Velcro opening, or even a button or snap, on the side in order to give people room to get their foot in the shoe. The booties are nice looking and comfortable. I don't feel that the booties are too narrow once I'm wearing them. My toes just meet at the top, they're not jammed at the edge. My booties can't be worn with even a thin sock; I tried. Sock-less is passable. I'm hoping these will loosen a bit over time so I can wear some thin footies with these. I gave these 3 stars for how difficult they are to put on. Would I order these again? Knowing what I know now about these booties, no, I wouldn't.

I needed these in half sizes. Tried the larger size and my feet just looked so huge, not to mention they were too big. Went down a size and while I could have made them work, getting them on and off was a chore and I realized I would not wear them because of this.

I bought these and the Vista slip on boots to try out. I wasn't looking for a long-walking shoe, just something to slip on to take the dog out in the yard or grab the garbage cans. These felt amazing when I slipped them on (def easier than the Vistas), but offered no ankle support, which is important for me. The pull-on 'tab' at the back is pretty flimsy; I could see that ripping in a short time. The fact that they were a really bright color meant I wouldn't be wearing them out in public, just not my style. So for $50 on sale, I didn't think they were worth it.

I didn't like these. My feet sweat in them and then I just had cold, wet toes.

these have a really high arch in them! it doesn't fit like other llbean items I have purchased. I was very disappointed because they are nice, but the arch is so high and hard it hurt my feet to even just try on.

I have purchased other slippers from LL Bean and never had a problem I really am not happy with these slippers. They are too tight. I am a real size 9-1/2/10 shoe. The problem is with the top of my foot, It has caused abrasions along the top of my foot. I am not an overweight person so this shouldn't be a problem. I feel these sllippers were cut very skimpy. As a plus, no other slipper has kept my feet as warm as these slippers,
