Shoe design didn't allow me to comfortably get my foot into the boot. Collar was too small and tight. Once I got my foot in, it was ok, but the struggle to get the boot on was not worth it. It wouldn't take much redesign to get this to work the way I think you meant it to, and then it would be an awesome boot.

color of this is running after only a few times on pant leg and the pile lining itself , the logo on the inside near the heal is not comfortable making a need for an insert of some type

Sent slipper back. Opening for foot so small could hardly get foot through it. Would never be able to just slip foot into it. Would never recommend to someone.

Was disappointed in the slipper boot. Looked to me made by two different people, even the fit on left foot wasn't as comfortable. From the photo the toe looked trim and more pointed, the actual toe is a large round shape. I would not order this slipper boot again. Only positive is the soft inside.

The website said half sizes should order up, but that's bad advice. They're a weird combination of too small & too big: The narrow ankles make them hard to put on, but once they're on your feet, they're too large & loose. The excess foot space and rigid sole make it way too easy to trip over my own feet. They feel like clown shoes.

This slipper boot was uncomfortable and returned to L.L. Bean. The heavy seams in front/top dug into my shin bone. Could not walk with it for the discomfort.

I expected these to be soft, but they're very stiff, and difficult to put on. I reordered the women's wicked good moccasins, which I love.

My feet sweat and therefore my feet were cold. I was able to return for full refund.

I loved the way these looked and even felt when I put them on. Sadly, I couldn't walk in them because the top is too tight and the tongue too high for being placed so far back. These may work if you have a certain shape of foot but I am not sure what shape that would be.

Not super comfy. A klunky shoe to walk in. I would not recommend them.

First of all they are horrible looking once you finally get them on - which is a absolute time consuming struggle! They are uncomfortable as the heel slips and is lower than the front so walking is awkward. Can't get them back to LL Bean fast enough

They're very difficult to get on and painful to wear. The tongue of the slipper pushes on my lower shin and rubs on it. I was hoping that it would soften over time, but the rough wool pressing into the my ankle irritates my skin, so I can't wear them long enough to break them in.

I ordered a size "Up" on these slippers because I like a little more room. I was so disappointed when I put these on. I felt like my feet were in a vice. There is no wiggle room at all. There is no way they are a true size nine. Unfortunately your quality control leaves a lot to be desired. They are on there way back to you

No other way to say it, these are AWFUL. The color is not at all as it appears either on the website or in the catalog. It's like a gray brown, more like dirty wet cement. I was willing to ignore the ugly color in favor of a comfortable pair of slippers. I'm normally a 9 and can go with either a medium or wide width depending on the style. These are beyond narrow. They were so tight I couldn't even get the front of my foot into them. Even allowing for the lining to compact a bit, there was no way these would fit. These also are more of a boot style and the front of the slipper hit me above the ankle so when I walked it rubbed comfortably against my leg. If you have a high instep, these likely would be very uncomfortable. These definitely miss the mark on all counts.

I can't wear them. I wore them for half a day and thought they were fine until I took them off. The "tongue", or flap that would be a tongue in a regular shoe, pushes against the joint in my ankle and caused horrible pain in my foot.

The quality control is terrible. These look like different people made each foot. The pair I got belongs at the "seconds" or "flawed" discount store. Even the fleece was poor quality and looked dirty and matted down, and non existant in one spot. I almost think these were used, because the soles were also dirty. For the price I expect good quality and a new product. Very disappointed!!

My husband purchased these slippers as a Christmas gift, ordered in mid-December just received near the end of January. These slippers are HUGE on my feet so much so that my husband said whoa are you sure they're not too big?? They look and fit me like a man's slipper - so disappointed. Cannot return as I wore them around the house. Would definitely not recommend to any woman who has narrow or slender feet.

I read a review that said the top was tight and to order a size up. I did that and could not get the show on at all. I returned them.

I purchased these online months ago and they finally came today and they are huge. I ordered the same size, like my other slippers from ll bean and they are so big my heels slip out when I walk. I waited so long for these and they make my feet look huge and are so ugly. Would not recommend.

I had been looking for a slipper I could slip on to get the mail or take out the trash. At first glance, this seemed ideal. But, when I got it delivered, I could not put it on! I used a steel shoe horn, to no avail. I didn't want to damage it in my struggles, but I was deeply disappointed. For want of a stretch gore, I might have been able to put it on! Construction seemed fine, and the inner sole could supposedly be removed, but I couldn't even get that far!. Was hoping to like this, but I have no way of knowing that it would meet my needs. Too bad!
