Great slipper but the dye rubs off on my daughter's feet. I reached out to customer service and they suggested a refund. She loves the slippers so no return.

I usually wear size 8 so that's what I ordered. They are too big. Also, the slippers aren't shaped the same. I look like I'm wearing Herman Muenster's shoes! I would have returned them but really needed them. Love the warmth and comfort.

They were very hard to get on, I had to use a shoe horn. If there was some give, like elastic or soft Velcro, they would be perfect.

Tight on the top and not slip on. Otherwise comfortable.

Very pretty slippers and quality construction. However, the replaceable insole is synthetic fleece I believe, and is not very warm and cozy. I would rather they had used a real sheepskin insole instead of the synthetic fleece. I would have been glad to pay an extra $10 for the slipper if they had done this. However the insole is replaceable, so I plan to buy a pair of the real sheepskin insoles and replace the current one.

Loved the look and feel of the slipper; everything was perfect except for the size/fit. I have a wide foot and just hoped it would work...but llbean slippers do no come in wide width, no matter how comfy and wide they appear.

I was so excited to be ordering these slippers for this winter I was happy that they came in a women's larger size However I was disappointed that the soles were not we're not where as thick or soft as I had hoped for.

Warm but not the most comfortable. Foot bed could use a bit more padding-like the mocs.

Great slippersuper comfortable and great quality. Just wish they had half sizes. I'm usually a 6.5 and would size down to a 6 if the opening of the shoe wasn't so slim. Even though the 7 is too big when they're on, they're somewhat difficult to get on my feet so I'm sticking with the 7.

They didn't work for me. I could not get them on, so I have returned them.

I was really hoping these slippers were going to be my next "Wicked" slippers but sadly, the back top edge of the slipper is very stiff and it rubs against the back of my achilles tendon to the point where it is uncomfortable. I'm going to have to return these for the good ol' reliable Wicked slippers.

I purchase a size 10 as my other LLB slippers are 10, don't like squished toes. But 10 was too big, then tried a 9, it is too short, toes hit the end of the slipper. Also with the indoor/outdoor rubber sole, I thought would be good to run outside or even to the store. But it's not flexible, and makes it feel like I'm wearing flippers or something. Slaps flat on the floor. It's more like a boot sole .

No support at all. Runs big but if you exchange for a smaller size you need to pay a fee so it's not worth exchanging for smaller size.

No arch at all. No removable foot pad to allow adding orthotic insert. Otherwise well made but if zero footbed support works for you, these are nice to slip on and off.

Chose this slipper for warmth higher on the ankle. However, due to the higher front/back, it is difficult to get on. So I purchased a shoe horn, hoping that once it was broken in, it wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately, just sitting in the recliner while wearing the slippers gave me foot cramps and felt uncomfortable. I'll be sending them back to get the more open, mocassin-style slippers.

Nice slippers but too small and difficult to slip into

Very stiff and too large. I was disappointed in how they fit as they looked really cute.

I love the look at the slippers, But they felt a half size to a size too big and very wide, I do have a narrow foot but these slippers feel like they're wide not a medium fit. but I wasn't sure so I wear them around the house and they started rubbing on the back of my ankle. I will be sending them back.

These slippers are nice looking but run narrow. They were uncomfortable. Since they don't come in wide, I sent them back for different slippers.

I actually returned this item. Although the style is adorable, they are stiff with a hard to get into opening. I was looking for something to easily slide on and off and these unfortunately did not fit the bill. Additionally, they didn't seem to be memory foam or altogether enough padding in the sole, I personally need that extra cushioning.

I have purchased two pairs of different styles for myself and my husband for Christmas. We both wear 9.5 so I went with 10. They are too big, hopefully I can get them exchanged and get a more form fitting size. It's a nice slipper though
