My size 8 slippers were purchased 5-6 years ago & finally bit the dust. My regular shoe size is an 8, and the old slippers were always a bit tight, so I got 9's this time. Perfect! They are warm & cozy, and I especially like the way my ankles are covered. Just be sure to consider the "next size up" when you order.

Great indoor slippers for anyone not needing arch support. They are exactly as described.

My daughter is studying in Scotland and her feet were always cold in her drafty apartment. I thought I'd try these slippers since nothing really helped her. She still needs to wear a hat and multiple layers, but at least her toes are toasty warm. Thank you LLBean. She loved them so much that I bought a pair for myself.

I had slippers like these many years ago as a teenager and loved them. When I decided this winter that I wanted to get them again, as regular 'slippers' cannot compare, I was on a mission. I checked many, many websites (they shall remain nameless) and could not find these slippers!! I was SO happy when I finally found them on LLBean. They were exactly what I wanted! They arrived within 2 shipping days (free shipping!) I put them on immediately. I am usually a 7 1/2 to an 8, with a wide foot and the 8 fit perfectly! I am very happy with the quality...no man-made components here! And, an added bonus....LLBean stands behind their product. Thank you!!

These are an annual birthday gift for my daughter.She is like a child at Christmas when she opens the box,despite knowing by the shape of the box what the contents are!!

I was most hesitant to purchase them due to the high cost but they are the MOST comfortable slippers I have ever worn - they are most definitely worth the price I paid and thankfully I bought them in both colors so I can switch them out. They also don't have that smell that most slippers have after wearing them all day. Got to love LL Bean, keep up the good work in creating items like this!! They do a pretty good job of keeping my feet warm as well though only 95% of the time (suffer from poor circulation in extremities).

WONDERFUL!!! I was looking for ankle-height natural sheepskin slippers w/ non-slip rubber soles. Could not find the non-slip soles and ordered these reluctantly - and could NOT be happier. They have a padded sole that prevents foot fatigue, and somehow the leather is not slippery on hardwood like my other leather slippers. The soft sheepskin caresses the ankles when walking - honestly, it's almost more than my feet can handle! Will order again in a heartbeat, although I suspect these will last twice as long as the others, because of the thicker sole.

My feet get cold often and easily. I wanted a pair of slippers that was durable, affordable, cozy and warm. I was a bit hesitant in buying these because of the price. I had owned a similiar pair from somewhere else that didn't last very long. These seem to be a lot more durable than that other pair. They are warm and cozy. They are also comfortable to wear and durable enough to wear for a quick walk outside.

Purchased these a while back as a gift. They became SO bragged about, they are now adorned by the whole family! Thanks for another great product!

These slippers are very warm and comfortable. My feet stay warm without getting sweaty. As long as you don't need to wear them outside, they are perfect.

I love to go barefoot indoors, but our winters are just too cold. I was looking for a slipper that would feel soft on the inside, like my sheepskin boots. These slippers fit the bill. They are soft and comfy on the inside, with just enough support that I can wear them all day, in the house. They keep me warm all over by keeping my feet toasty.

As someone who always removes my shoes/boots upon entering the house year round, I really need my slippers and in this northern climate, they have to be warm. This pair is perfect, slips on easily without being so loose that they fall off unexpectedly. Cozy warm, and I appreciate that they are made in America.

Love these slippers, simply worth every penny & they keep my feet toasty warm on the cold tile & wood floors in the house. Made very well, fit just right. Are a tiny bit tight at first but molded to my feet within a couple of wears.

I purchased this slippers for myself and I am happy to say it is the best slippers I owned.It is comfortable and warm.I took a size smaller because it stretches a lot.I recommend this slippers to everyone.

My husband and I have these slippers. They are very comfortable and keep our toes warm. Even though we are in Florida, we do get some chilly weather and we have tile floors which stay cool even in the summer. If you live up north and have cold feet, this is your fix!

These slippers are my second try at finding the right llbean shearling slipper for a cold Minnesota winter (and year 'round.) I was gifted a pair of the llbean shearling moccasins which I returned. I know many folks like to have a rubberized sole on their foot apparel, and I do too with shoes, but with slippers, I like the smoothness of a leather bottomed slipper. I love the firmed patina that comes with a leather bottomed slipper with age. For my taste, the moccasin with the rubber bottom looked cheaper and, although also filled with lovely shearling, it seemed such a waste of woolie warmth to have it cascade over the cuff of the ankle purely for looks and thereby never warming the ankle. The shearling boot on the other hand, swaths your entire foot and ankle in soft woolie warmth. My only complaint echos another comment I've seen which is that the boot is "laced" with cotton yarn rather than leather. I believe this will cause the slipper to be less durable over time. My all time favorite slipper was this model but with leather lacing around the bottom. I would love to see llbean go to that design in the future. The title of these slippers really does fit. they are so warm and that is just what i needed going to school in Ohio.

bought these for my wife, she loves them, she loves the leather bottom so she can shuffle around the house. very warm and comfortable.

These slippers were on my daughter in law's Christmas list. Great gift to give! I was so impressed with them, after Christmas I ordered a pair for myself and a pair of the men's for my husband. We wear them in the house all the time! My feet are - oops were - always cold, but no longer! The slippers have just enough structure to support your feet, yet are so comfortable I can't get my husband to change out of them for short trips out of the house! Great product! Order a size up from your normal shoe size.

I had my last pair of Bean slippers for more than 20 years and had worn a hole in the bottom. So I ordered this slipper. It is a different style than my old pair which was low cut. This is better since it comes to my ankle. I have trouble keeping my feet warm in the winter and with these, my feet are like toast. Wonderful.
