My mom moved in with us recently. She always kept her small apartment at a temperature we think is high. It would cost a fortune and use all the oil in the Mideast to heat our big house to that temperature. So we are teaching her how to dress to keep warm inside and out. Replacing her cotton scuffs with Wicked Good Slippers was the single most effective strategy we've tried so far. She started by using my too-big slippers to see if they helped. They provided such a wickedly good improvement in her personal comfort that she refused to give them back until her own arrived. Now she wears them all the time. Fortunately, they are plenty durable too.

My idea of the BEST slippers around. I have been wearing these for decades and buy a new pair very infrequently as they last so long and look so good.

thse wicked good slippers are extremely comfortable, and from past experience, they wear well. The only item I have purchased from llbean in the past several years that I was not happy with was denim jeans; the fabric is too heavy and that makes them too hot for most temperatures.

These slippers are nice and warm, even though my house is cool. The directions were helpful -- that the slippers should be snug-fitting at first. I love them.

Every winter, I suffer through cold feet, buy heavy socks, wear out inexpensive slippers. This year, I decided to be warm and order the Wicked Good Slippers for myself! I have been purchasing the slippers for my family members for years, and everyone raves about them. They are warm, soft, and make me feel instantly relaxed; best of all, I know they will last for years, because they are from LLBean, which means quality. You can't live in Vermont without LLBean! They arrived quickly, packaged well, and exactly what I ordered.

I love these slippers! After years of abuse and use the new puppies forced me to order a new pair. Thank goodness I can rely on LLBean to maintain the quality. My feet are bony and arthritic. I need cushy, not too confining and warmth in the winter time. These slippers are always just right. They perform above and beyond the call of duty!

It is so hard to find slippers with a nice leather bottom vs. hard sole. I LOVE these slippers and buy a new pair as soon as my old ones wear out. I wish they would bring back the slide-ins, but booties will do for now.

I took these as camp shoes on a recent multi-day fall backpacking trip in northern Maine. After a boot malfunction, I was forced to either wear my camp shoes or hike barefoot. I hiked wearing these slippers for more than 5 miles with a fully loaded backpack over all sorts of gravely, boggy, and mountainous terrain. Although they have a leather sole, they held up spectacularly - not a stitch unraveled, and the sole, though dirty, is still going strong. Surprisingly, the shearling isn't even worn down from the friction. Thanks to L.L. Bean for a great product!

I bought these for a present for my son when his feet were the same size as mine. Ha ha ha, they were mine within no time at all when his feet grew and once again I have my favorite slipper. My first pair were when I was a kid and I've had a few in between. He still tries to squeeze into them and can be spotted wearing them while on his scooter outside.

My foot is wide and I struggle to find comfortable footwear. These come in one width only, so I hesitated. Figured with LL Bean, I could return them. The day they came I was tired and my feet hurt. I put them on and, ahhhhh! Soft, caressing, comfortable. I wish they came with an outdoor sole-please consider for future product development. Wonderful! Thank you.

Now these really are "wicked" good! They feel so comfortable on my feet. I normally wear a 9 1/2 so I was a bit worried that I had to order a 10. But they fit. Probably over time when the soft inside wears thinner they will be a little tiny bit loose, but they fit beautifully right now. And somewhere far down the road if that happens I will wear socks. If you are a half size person like me I definitely would not suggest going smaller.

These are the best I have bought 3 pairs over the years. I would not go a winter without them...I have even bought them for my sisters and there husbands...Try them you Love them.

These slippers ARE wicked good! I love them and wear them every day. LLBean is the best!! Try these, you'll never go back to anything else.

I LOVE these slippers! This is the third pair I have bought in 25 years! They last forever and keep your feet nice and warm. I bought a pair for my husband, and he loves them just as much as I do. Yes, they're expensive, but they are so worth the price!

I have been wearing these slippers for over 20 years. I just purchased another pair and wouldn't wear anything else.

This is not your grandmother's slipper... well actually, it was my grandmother's slipper. I am a 3rd generation lover of this slipper. It is comfortable and fits like a glove. I wear it year round in Georgia. It is breathable so it is still comfortable in the summer heat! I love it on cold winter mornings, as it keeps my feet nice and warm! These slippers last and last - you will love them!

I like the "hug" these slippers give my feet. I have a wide foot but they don't feel tight. I also like the quiet leather sole as opposed to a louder plastic-y shoe type sole. With this slipper I can sneak up on my children when they are supposed to be in bed! The lining is extremely soft and comfy.

I ordered these for my 90 year old mother who constantly complains about "cold" feet due to neuropathy. I told her how much my husband loved his and promised her she would be comfy. She loves them! And no more complaints of cold.

I purchased a pair of these slippers back in 2006 (or so). I wore them nearly every day, and LOVED how comfortable, *warm!* (I live in Minnesota; it gets wicked cold here), and durable they were. Alas, nothing lasts forever; after 5 years of daily use (around 1800 wearings), the seams were beginning to come undone, and the interior lining was starting to wear thin. I still could have worn the slippers for a while; but I decided to treat myself to a new pair. These new slippers are just as good as the last; I'm looking forward to another 5 years of quality performance. :)

I absolutely adore these slippers! This is my second pair only because I wore out my first pair (I can't even remember how long ago I got them!). If you have cold feet and ankles, these are the slippers for you! I even wear them during the summer months so my feet will stay warm against the air-conditioned floor! :)

Not really an llbean shopper myself, but these are THE slippers for my wife, so I save up and get them for her specially--they are quite durable, though, so they last a few good years. I have it on good authority that they are perfectly warm and comfortable, too!

I have had shearlings for years and they last almost forever. I wear them a lot. The shorts were super.

For years I have been buying the LLBean Wicked Good Moccasins that tie in the front. They have always been so comfortable. The only thing I didn't like about the Moccasin were the ties - this last pair would not stay tied! I tried double knots, Super Glue and even cut them off. They turned out to be a pain. So this time I ordered the slippers. They fit a little bit different than the Moccasins. At first I wasn't sure I liked the snug fit. I'm used to spreading my toes! But after a few days, these slippers just seemed to form-fit my feet. They feel great. If you have bunions, tender toenails, anything like that, these slippers may be too tight. The fit is right on for me. The sheepskin lining keeps my feet soft and supple and I love it! So far I cannot find a single fault. These are keepers and I don't have to fool with ties!

I have had this slippers before and worn them out because i LOVE them! It was time to order new ones! They are very comfortable and keep warm on cold days.

I get a new pair every year. There are no better slippers - worth every penny.
