These are absolutely THE best slippers and are they ever comfortable! I have had various pairs of these slippers since I was 15. I am now 61! They take years to wear out but finally I would buy a new pair. I put new laces in a pair after years of wearing. I just bought the chocolate brown ones. I have always had the regular brown. These slippers have a leather bottom, love, and they stay on my feet. In clogs, I tend to hold on to the clogs with my toes when I walk. In these Wicked Good Slippers, I walk as if barefoot. The sole is not stiff but never wears out. I would buy another pair if L.L. Bean made them in other colors, any color. These slippers get such high reviews, please L.L. Bean, consider it.

I just purchased my second pair and wear them all the time. SOOOOO comfortable. Last pair lasted years but finally worn down to almost nothing. My all time favorite!!!

These are wonderful house shoes! I always have cold feet and these have made my feet nice and warm. I got the 6 and my foot is 5 1/2 and these fit just fine. I can wear a sock with them, but I tend to go without since I like the feel of the shoe. They are holding up great so far :) Thanks LLBean for another great product!

I love these slippers and have been ordering them for several years. They are so warm and comfortable.

I bought these slippers many years ago, and wore them daily, sometimes even outdoors. They are indestructible. After several years, the stitching broke, so the tops and bottoms separated. I took them to a shoemaker and had them restrung (only because I was too lazy to do it myself). After a couple more years, they came apart again, so I bought a new, identical pair. I might still get the old pair restrung again, since they're still in fine shape otherwise.

These slippers were purchased as a gift for my daughter to replace an identical pair I had given her more than 5 years ago. They last a long time and are very comfortable. My husband and I also own Wicked good slippers!

So my wife was miffed Acorn and others stopped making leather-bottomed slippers and only offer the rubberized ones. These were only leather bottom we could find. She was worried going from low-cut fleece to a ankle-cut, wool, all leather wouldn't be good. NOPE...she loves these. So much, after christmas, I ordered her a 2nd pair. I DID order 1/2 size larger than her normal shoe as others have indicated and the fit seems fine this way...so I marked them as somewhat small/narrow, meaning that an 8-1/2 fits like an 8 should fit...

These slippers are of excellent quality. They are beautiful and long-lasting! Great value!

Had to wait for them which was highly unusual but well worth it. Hope they last as long as my last ones, which somehow on the trip to the garbage can, one ended up in the flower garden and the other 2 days later in the road. I think my husband dropped them and a fox critter took the one as a toy? Even when used and worn out they provide something to someone.

These premium slippers are highly recommended despite the price. With the LL Bean quality and return policy, you can be assured you will have these forever. I wear a size 7 1/2, and with the stretching that happens over time the recommended size 8 became too big. I got the chocolate brown because the lighter ones get stains. The shearling inside is thick, fluffy, wicks moisture, and feels great against bare skin. You can wear these everywhere, but in my experience wearing them outside makes them break down over time. Love these slippers -- perfect for a gift!

This is the 3rd time I have bought these slippers. Although they do last for a very long time eventually I wore them out. They fit great and are so comfortable. They keep my feet warm from the sole to the ankle. I would truly recommend these slippers. Buying from LL Bean is always a great experience. They are a rock solid company.

I have had my slippers for over 4 years now and I wear them daily. They are amazing quality and are so warm. I liked them so much that I bought a pair for everybody in my family for christmas. They are a huge hit in our family! The lining has worn down to form to my feet after the years but they are still comfy and warm. would highly recommend!!!

I love, love, love these slippers. They are so toasty, but not sweaty, since it's wool inside instead of man-made material. I hate to take them off and put shoes on. My husband needed a new pair of slippers so I bought him these in a different style. He loves his as well.

Great house shoe. Replacement for an old pair, same style. The best for cold weather. Keeps the ankles warm. Hated to have to wait on delivery because they were back ordered, but worth the wait.

A pair to replace an older (10 years?) pair in which the fleece was worn and the outsides soiled after much wear. Price has gotten pretty high, but these are warm, cozy, and simply wonderful.

These are the best slippers I've owned. My feet were always cold and my boyfriend had said that if I just wear socks or slippers they won't be. Well I wore my socks and slippers every night and he was wrong-still cold-so I decided to order these slippers since they are the same slippers he wears (a friendly experiment). Turns out he was right. I just needed better slippers. These keep my feet warm on even the coldest New England day without my feet overheating and getting gross. I ordered the same size as my Bean boot and the fit was perfect.

This is the second pair of wicked good slippers that I've bought from LL Bean. The first pair latest through more than two years of daily wear. They are sturdy, snug, so comfortable and very warm. Great slippers!
