Soooo COMFORTABLE!!!

My wife adores these slippers! She is a size 5.5-6 and the 6 is a perfect fit with or without socks.

This was a Christmas gift to my son. This is the second pair he has had. He said they were the best slippers he's ever owned!!

I am on my second pair of these in 25 years - my first lasted about 15 years until had stains from cooking breakfasts and the sheepskin lining was so compressed that I treated myself to a new pair. Warm, stays on my feet, and I don't slip on our hardwood floors. If LL Bean keeps making them, I'll get another when the time comes in another 5 years or so.

I've had these for over 10 years! I've walked through the snow in them (ran out in an emergency) and they're still going strong!

A Christmas gift for my sons girlfriend which she loved!!! I also bought my son a matching pair. He also loves his. They immediately put them on and kept them on all day. The quality & fit is perfect!

I love these slippers. They are warm, comfortable and fit well.

They felt a bit snug at first, and my toes hurt the first couple days as I wore them in. That's likely because my house is mostly carpet, so my heel and arch (more weight-bearing part of my feet), were sinking down both into the shoe and carpet. But the slippers fit great by day three! They're maybe even a half size too big (my heel comes up a bit, but not enough to swap sizes). I ordered a size 7; I'm usually a 6.5 to 7 shoe, with narrow heel. The slippers are incredibly warm and the stitching is strong; good quality. I live in a Colorado mountain town, so it can get really chilly; I usually wear two layers of socks, but I don't need anything with these. And ... they're sooo comfortable! The lining is super soft and comes up around the ankle, so no part of my skin is rubbing again the harder leather around the outside of the slippers. It's like I'm getting a foot bear hug :)

I bought a pair of these 20 years ago, and I finally had to break down and replace them. I just hope the new ones last as long. One thing to note, I find them true to size but you have to pay attention to the note in the box that warns you they will feel a little snug in at first because of the woolly lining < 3 it compresses after a time.

I had been fawning over these for a year before I decided to purchase them. They are the ideal slipper! I overthought the sizing. The 9's were too tight when I tried them on in the store, probably by a half size. I wear a size 9 in street shoes, and ultimately decided to go a size up for these slippers. Overtime I know the fluff will be padded down and render the slippers too roomy (which I was forewarned would be the case by an employee) but for now they are fluffy and super cozy, working out just fine with my bare feet or with socks. Might have to get the size 9's, my actual size, next year. Love them overall!

Christmas gift for my wife. Wore them that night and she loves them. Nice and warm.

I was looking for a slipper with a leather sole instead of the rubber sole and this one is perfect. I wear a womens 9-9.5 shoe size and have narrower feet. I ordered a 9 and it fits perfect.

I have been buying these slippers for myself and for every member in my family over the last ten years. They are absolutely the best! Super comfortable and cozy. Not cheap but worth every penny.

100% worth it! I don't wear these every day, but when it gets cold enough to need them, they're sooo nice to have. Especially since we have tile floors in parts of the house. They're really soft and the leather soles don't mark floors. I've had them for about a month and they're holding up pretty well. They don't feel like they'll last forever, but I'll really appreciate the time I have them. :) The wool on the inside is not itchy at all, very soft. I was worried it would be itchy around my ankles but no problems. They're soft as clouds! ~

I have had these slippers for 30 years, and yes I mean the same pair. I wear them daily. They are warm, snuggly, and tough as nails.

I have been purchasing this slipper for five plus years for my family. I always purchase three pairs. I only wish I would receive a quantity discount for always purchasing three pairs for Christmas. It is the only slipper they ask for. Please consider a discount for my orders.

Comfortable,warm & cozy

I've received these slippers as a gift in the past (5 yrs ago) and they finally needed to be replaced so I bought a pair. This time I did notice the inside sole is very thick and needed a longer break-in period...my feet were falling to the outside edges when I walked. Otherwise, these are perfect for winter indoors, no noisy slipper sounds on wood flooring - exactly what I need!

My feet freeze and I got so tired of it so after researching, I decided to go way above my budget and purchase these. I wear size 7 and ordered same size and with socks on, they, at first, were snug but now fit like a glove. I am praying the reviews stating they fall apart are flukes because I went out of my comfort zone sending this much on a pair of slippers and certainly hope they last for many, many years to come!

This is the third pair I've purchased for my daughter. Her first pair was as a college freshman (2007) her most recent pair is as a married mother of two. She wears them nonstop until there is a blowout in the sole. This slipper is extremely rugged with a long life. Warm and comfy. Truly an all time favorite.

I LOVE these slippers! They are so warm and so comfy without socks. I went with their recommendation and went with the next size up like they say if you wear a half size and ended up exchanging them. Once the fur starts to conform to your foot, they're too loose! My regular size is perfect.

I bought a pair of these... somewhen around 2005 I think? By the last couple years the shearling fur on the insole was long gone, and the stitching holding the upper to the lower had finally frayed to breaking; I jury-rigged replacement stitching because they were still functional, sorta. But this year I wanted new fully-fuzzy slippers, finally. My original pre-kids shoe size was usually 8 with an occasional 8-1/2, tending narrow. Post-kids, tended to lean more 8-1/2 and more towards medium. I went ahead and ordered size 8 in these slippers because that's what the old ones were, and in their last days they were getting pretty floppy. There is a note in the box that points out that the slippers will start out a bit snug until they get acclimated to your feet (and the shearling fur tamps down around your footprint). This is accurate. I have had these almost a month; although the first few days my toes felt a bit tight, they are perfectly cozy now and I am so happy that these seem so far to be exactly the same perfect slippers for me that the first ones were, which is great because I wear them all day every day inside the house from November thru April. If anything happens to change my assessment, I will try to update.
