Love coming home and popping these on. Keeps my toes and feet toasty warm. Only issue is that they are a bit narrow in the toes for slippers. Perfect for cold nights.

I love these slippers and wear them every day whenever I'm at home. They are very comfortable and warm and the leather bottom allows them to be worn outdoors or on wet floors briefly.
The one downside is that the shearling wool in the footbed tends to wear out after a while. Thankfully, LLBean is awesome and guarantees them and will return them. This is my second pair which has worn out in just over a year.
They fit very snugly at first but stretch over time until they get almost too loose to wear without socks.
I would definitely promote them, but just know their lifespan is not indefinite.

Love these slippers! They are high enough to cover the whole foot and the real shearling is a delight. However, this is my second pair...the first pair were purchased years ago...and I must say that the leather is not as substantial as it used to be. I was able to just slip my foot into the old ones and the new ones must be held to put on as the leather is very pliant. Nonetheless, I am happy to have them and my feet are happy to wear them!

Should buy a size smaller than you usually wear, I have to wear thick socks to keep mine on my feet!

Sadly, I had to return these. We gifted these to my mother to replace a previous pair that she had worn for years. Because of my mother's limited mobility, she was unable to slip her foot into the narrow opening. We choose this style because she especially wanted a slipper without a plastic sole. Otherwise the quality seemed good, although not as well made as pairs we have purchased in the past.

I agree with all of the other reviews with the caveat that I wish Bean still made the very plain shearling lined leather (not suede) mocs without the vibram soles like these are. These slippers are very warm and comfortable and I like the fact that they come up higher on the ankle than moccasins do (did). What I don't like, though, is that I can't just easily slip into them in one motion. Instead, I must pull each slipper up over my heel with my hand to prevent the back from collapsing underneath my heel.

They are exactly what I wanted, and I love how they keep my feet warm. I do wish they had a wide width though, and like the other reviews, wish they had an option to order them with a very light sole on the bottom so you walk outside in wet weather. But, I'd order them again in a heartbeat.

I wanted a pair of slippers without rubber soles, but sturdy enough to wear all day around the house. So far these seem to be holding up well. Keep my feet and ankles warm, easy to slip on, light weight.
Not sure if they will out wear the last pair of sheep skin fleeces I had for 4 yrs, with a rubber sole, but we will see! Cost was about the same.

very nice slippers. exactly what I expected. nice and warm and fuzzy. I would like the foot bed to be a little bit wider. I would buy them again.

These slippers are comfortable, warm, and cozy. However, their cushioned bottom, which is great for most people, is not good for people with back problems. It makes it harder to maintain good balance and increases back pain due to the increase in muscle use in the back while trying to maintain balance. It is especially hard to walk on carpet with these. I hated to send them back, but felt that continuing to wear them would only increase my pain..

I really love my wicked giid slippers. However, the seem a little short and a little tight to me. I was wondering if they if they will stretch a little bit, if they are leather and lambswool and laced with leather laces. I dont want the laces to pop and the slippers to pop open..........

My feet are super wide, so I have a hard time finding comfy shoes and slippers. Usually if the toe area is wide enough, my heel slips up and out at the back. That doesn't happen with these slippers because the back is high and narrow. They are about as good a fit as I have been able to find in recent years (and I have been actively looking for several years), altho after a year of use, they are still a bit snug in the toe. Usually I've found that this material stretches out, but that hasn't happened with these yet. I have recently purchased the LLB Washable Mountain Lodge Slippers and they are even better fitting for my feet. My search continues...

A little wide due to having half-size feet and being required to order up. Sometimes makes them feel a little wobbly. But they keep my feet so comfortably warm, I don't mind.

I wish I had heeded the advice of a previous review. I have a very high instep and although I wanted to keep these slippers (cold feet year round) I couldn't get my foot down into the front of the slipper.

Years ago I bought a pair of these slippers and absolutely loved them. I wore them what seems like a million times. So warm and the styling was attractive and comfortable. The women's style was different from the men's coming up at the front of the ankle instead of dropping down. Now the women's and men's are the same. The women's are not as comfortable or as attractive as before but they are still warm. They are what they look like in the catalogue so I got what I paid for but I appreciate this opportunity to express my disappointment in what I am sure was a cost cutting measure on the company's part.

These slippers were for my aged mother and though they are very warm and comfortable, they are very smooth on the bottom and Mom slipped a few times. Unfortunately, she will not be able to wear them because of slipping when walking on rugs. If they had some sort of traction on the bottom, they would be absolutely perfect, and I would buy her another pair.

Been wearing these slippers for 20 years, have loved them! Recently replaced the last pair to wear out, but the new ones were markedly smaller, and didn't fit at all. LL Bean is as good as their word, they rushed a second pair off to me which fit perfectly! Will be wearing LL Bean slippers for a long, long time!

But good enough. Very hard to find soft sole sheepskin. Seems like a good product but could be fluffier to be wicked good!

Love, love, love these slippers. They are so comfortable and keep my feet really warm. Only wish they were available in black or gray.

I have bought my wife a new pair the last two Christmases and both pair have come apart at the lacing, the first pair lasted six months and the second pair only lasted three months. She never wears them outdoors, now I think for $79.00 the laces should last alot longer than that. My wife likes the slippers but she asked me to never buy them again. Happily I wont.

I ordered these wicked slippers because the pair I have owned for over 20 years needed to be replaced. I noticed immediately the style was slightly different. The slippers are comfortable and of course fit much better since my old slippers were loose on my feet. I had also ordered the moccasin slippers since I wanted to try a different style. I am glad I ordered both. I don't wear out clothes or shoes that quickly; so I expect to have these for a long time.

These slippers were a gift for my daughter, who says they are so comfortable and warm to wear that she hates to take them off. The first pair received had a defect in the stitching, but as ever LL facilitated the exchange and sent a new, perfect pair.

This is my second pair of these slippers. I love them! I tend to have sweaty feet - but the natural interior keeps my feet comfortable. My only complaint is that I ordered the same size slipper - but these new ones are a tad smaller than my last pair.

I am pleased with the slippers.
I recommend that the product tags be moved from the inside of the slipper for future production. They are placed in the seam at the instep and are very painful in that position. It was difficult to trim and remove the tags since they are so far inside the slippers. Once the tags were removed the slippers were comfortable.

These are a great product. We did, however, have to return them because the ones we got (size 6) were a bit smaller than most size 6 shoes.
