My daughter loves Billy shoes but unfortunately these ran small. She cannot wear them and I can't return them. They will get donated. Buyer beware of final sales.

In less than 4 weeks of wear and with no other damage, the zipper is coming free if the shoe. Terribly disappointed

I bought these for my son. Within one week the zippers tore at the toe. I always buy Billy shoes for him and have never had any issues. I assumed it would be the same for these. Bought two colors and both did the same thing. One pair he only wore twice. Can't return them because of their strict return policy. Now I am out a BIG chunk of money.

She wore the shoe 3 days and the zipper is broke bought 4 pairs hope they rest don't turn out this way

Granddaughter only wore a handful of times and zipper came completely apart on one shoe. Love the concept and was excited to not have to fight to get her wide foot in a shoe. However, disappointed that they didn't last long for the price.

Extremely disappointed in this product. These shoes are only 2 weeks old and already look worn out seams falling apart, zippers don't stay up. Would not recommend these

The shoes fit our daughter really well, as she needs ankle braces and the wide size accommodated them well. And she loved the colors. However, within 2 weeks, the zipper broke. Not sure of the terminology, but the "pull" fell off, as well as the cover for the "slider". They were not on too tight. Because the zipper still closed, we continued to use the shoes until my wife cut her finger on the broken slider. We hoped the 90 day warranty should apply so we tried emailing Billy, and got no response, it's been 6 days now. The "return portal" website requires the shoes to be unworn, but these are not, they're just defective. So we're not sure what to do. Maybe I'm wrong and the warranty shouldn't apply, but if they won't reply to emails, we're just in limbo.

The zipper has come off of the shoe at the track and the shoe is no longer usable

The design is great, but this is the second pair my son has had in three months where the zippers are broken on both shoes. This time the zipper pull itself separated from one side, in addition to one side of the zipper separating from the fabric, on both shoes. Definitely not durable enough for kids to use by themselves or with adults zipping either. We were given the first shoes when my son got orthopedic braces, and when those wore out (same separating zipper issue), we bought these. I won't be purchasing a third pair.
