I used to dread going out in the cold in boots that either were not comfortable or were not waterproof. I have a dog who insists we go for a walk in the park no matter what it is doing outside. Now I have my new boots and they are wonderful. They are great in the snow and no longer do I slip and slide. I am very happy with them.

Great boot. I just hope we can bring manufacturing back to America.
I'm 61. I grew up wearing bean boots. I lived in Maine.
I'm very happy with this boot and I have to admit that I was waiting and shopping for the best price.
It's probably the last Bean boot I will have to by.

Great boots ! I have a dog who LOVES taking walks in the rain and walking in the deepest puddles areound . These LLBean boots are totally waterproof and warm !

These boots are very comfortable and warm. Took a walk and did not have wet toes. The fit is perfect in length and width. The price was reasonable and I hope to have these for many years.

I needed warm and comfortable boots for being outside most of the day and evening while in Germany exploring the Christmas markets, and more, in three different cities. These boots lived up to the expectation. Very comfortable and warm; my feet never hurt and were never cold. The only problem was traction on black ice; I did slide a couple of times. I wear a size 9, medium width shoe. Several reviews stated the boots were too large and/or rubbed the wrong way. These were slightly on the larger side, however, with wool socks and being on my feet for many hours, I'm glad I got my regular size. I never had any rubbing or discomfort.

Fit was good even w regular sox-still room for wool ones. Tread less aggressive than it could but boots will also accommodate pull ons like Yaktrax when needed. Nice height. Solid boots for the price.

Well-designed and constructed. It hasn't snowed yet so I can't comment on effectiveness. I generally wear a 8.5 Wide so tried the 9 M and it fits very well. Still fits

I've worn slip-on Storm Chasers for years, and this is my first ankle high pair. Great support for our uneven dirt roads and vegetation covered slopes when walking with the dogs and doing outside tasks on the farm. All ankles & knees HAPPY!

I usually wear a 7.5 in shoes, and size up to an 8 for boots, so that's what I did this time. Fit is great, with some room for thick socks. My feet are average to slightly wide, and I've always preferred boots that are roomy. These are perfect for me. The colors are lovely (delicious even), and these boots are so cute I sometimes wear them just to sigh at them. Some others mentioned they find the shaft of these boots uncomfortable. For me, there was a bit of short term discomfort. But I know boots, and know that even the best ones can take a bit of wearing before they feel right. It took a few days of wearing them for several hours to break them in, and after the break-in period and adjusting the laces they feel comfy as can be. I've owned many, many pairs of boots over the years, and these are one of the best I've worn. My new favorites!

Bought these boots for Alaska in the winter. They performed perfectly. As mentioned in previous reviews, the tongue was a bit stiff at first. I "softened" it up by bending and flexing it. That helped and I haven't noticed it since. I wear a woman's size 8 and bought these in an 8. True to fit and allows room for a bulkier sock. Good waterproofing and my feet stayed warm and dry.

This has been a fabulous boot. I had tried several other boots before making this purchase. I can wear these for significant walking distances without soreness. Has kept my feet warm in frigid cold conditions.

I have short legs. I can't usually tie the top of my boot. I can tie these! They are so nice! Lightweight and warm. True to size also. I'm So glad I bought tgem.

Warm & comfortable to walk all day, if on long period outside wear heavier socks and they remain cozy. They are roomy on toes. Love them
