These boots meet all my expectations. They are warm, easy to get on and off and stylish.

These boots are comfortable and warm. The fact that there is no heal lends me to be able to walk miles in any weather!

I love this boot- easy on and easy off, perfect size with a bit of room for big socks, and comfortable cushy, flat sole. I prefer flat shoes for all day walking, so these are perfect for what I was looking for. I put them on in the morning and keep them on inside, outside, and walking the city I'm in without overheating. They are holding up beautifully and I am thrilled with this purchase.

Finding a truly warm, cozy, well-made pair of winter boots can be a challenge. Search no more. Find your size and buy a pair! I have older feet that appreciate winter time love and TLC. These boots are nice looking, toasty and light weight. I am a size 7.5 and I bought size 7.5. A perfect fit. These are soft, warm, and more comfortable than some slippers I own. Get a pair for yourself and someone you love & enjoy the winter friends!

The boots are as described, but somewhat narrower than expected. No other widths except B. My need for a fairly wide toe bed required a half size larger so the boot fits loosely in the heel and is a bit long but oh so comfy. The soles are indeed trippy but tend to gather mud that dispels all over the house if not carefully cleared of debris. Dried mud comes right off the suede uppers. Not sure how waterproof yet. They are indeed cool inside and warm outside but never hot despite faux fur and insulation. They might tend to smell if not removed after long wear. I tend to want to leave them on even after wearing for eight hours. But I haven't had them long enough to know if that's a problem. I tried running in them and beside my socks slipping down due to the loose heel, they work! Bonus! They are odd looking but suit me! Returns were easy but too bad they charge restocking fee unless you use LL Bean credit card.

Really cute boot in a hard to find color. Love the wavy sole and fur trim. I wear size 8.5 but sized up to 9 and not sorry. My feet are narrow, but I can lace tightly enough to get a snug fit. Recommend.

The most comfortable water proof hiking boots ever. No break in period required

These boots are sooo cute. Warm and comfortable as well. In order for them to be truly "slip-on" you need to leave the top pretty loose and it still requires a bit of tugging. But otherwise, I don't need to tie and untie them unless I wasn't them really snug. I love them!

I never write reviews but I love these boots so much I had to share. I saw these in the catalog at least a month ago and they immediately caught my eye but I really don't "need" another pair of shoes. Well, I couldn't stop thinking about them so I decided to go ahead and order them. (If I had buyers remorse I could always return them.) I am SO glad I pulled the trigger! These are my new favorites and I will be wearing them all the time! I purchased the River Rock and they are so cute and comfortable. I think they're lightweight and feel almost like a sneaker. I ordered my normal size 9. I alway put inserts in my shoes for arch support and had room for them without feeling too snug but they still fit well without the inserts. I'm obsessed.

These are great looking, well made boots for our Wisconsin winters! They definitely are proof of LL Bean's quality standards, so I'm a repeat customer of their winter wear. I wear an 11 shoe and have a narrow foot. These run large! I could have easily ordered a size 10. To take up some of the extra space I have to wear thick cotton rag wool socks with them. I would recommend to a friend but would advise to size down. If I could still exchange them I would, but I've worn them once already.

These are great boots! The negative is that it takes a minute to get them on and tie them properly, but the warmth around your ankles makes it more than worth while!

Good little boot for winter. I walked 31 miles in them in January and I was happy with them. I think they need to be waterproofed if you are going to get them really wet, but I loved them in the snow and cold. Kept my feet warm.

I bought these boots in gray on sale at Bean. They look great and are warm, I wore them to go snowmobiling up at Killington, Vt. But, if you have a high instep like I do, they are a little hard to get on which has not changed with wear. So, it takes me a little while to get the boots on. Once on, they're comfy right out of the box.

Nice looking, not the best foot support for high arches but still enjoying them.

Boots are warm and nice looking. I have narrow feet and still have to push to get them on so I understand other reviewer's concerns. True to size for me otherwise.

I just got these yesterday and wore them inside for a bit before heading outside. They are a bit loose around the ankle and are difficult to cinch up tight. I miss the hook closures in some boots. I like the slightly lower cut (like a chucka boot but wish I had gotten the slightly taller version. The insoles do not provide arch support so the walking quality improved when I added my inserts. I love the way they look; my feet look smaller than they are. They are comfortably warm. I also really love how grippy the soles are. I encountered some ice and they provided good traction.

Love boots overall, but the color just doesn't work for me - it's not a brown or a tan but sort of a meh color. I'm replacing them with black.
