Attractive boat shoe in the "topsider" style I've worn since childhood. The fit was perfect. The range of available colors was very nice, too, and the taupe I purchased is very pleasing - different, but not TOO different. The only point off was for the feel of the shoe - it's not quite so sturdy as a competitor's white-bottom boat shoe, but on the other hand, Sperry's price point is significantly lower. Overall a good value.

90% of my everyday shoes are Sperry Boat Shoes. Years ago I started wearing them and found them to be excellent looking and extremely comfortable, especially since I rarely wear socks. My only complaint, if I have to have one, isthat the leather is so durable that the soles wear out while the rest of the shoe is still perfectly wearable.

Love the shoes... except one lace broke the first week! I need a replacement!

Show fits great but the lace snapped after a couple days.

They broke on first wear which didn't help because now I need to get another pair

Bought the whitewashed light blue leather and it looked great, BUT, after wearing them twice I noticed that the light blue coloring in the toe area above the sole had worn off and is now brown in color! One would think that the dye used would permanent the leather rather just cover the top surface!!

My husband wore these two times and the sole is coming off so I'm returning
