I was gifted this Wallet a year ago and with Light usage, this passed week the Keychain part broke off. Customer service chat left me less than impressed. Very sad considering the quality Cole Haan is expected to have.

The product is high quality, but had clearly been opened and potentially used - card slots were slightly stretched, packaging was torn, price on tag was crossed out, no box, etc. For the money, I would have expected a new and unused item. Not worth the hassle of returning, so I kept it and am using it. It's the perfect size and there is nothing quite like it available anywhere else - perfect size and functionality. Otherwise would have rated it lower.

Smaller than I expected, but I'm keeping it any way!
