These didn't provide the room needed for my problem toes (hammer toes).

Size was good but the interior support wasn't as good as a previously ordered Orthofeet sneaker.

I purchased these shoes in May of 2023. I have bunions and got the 10 wide. They felt very nice and fit pretty well. Here we are in December of 24 and the side of the shoe has blown out months ago. The support of the shoe is long gone. I still wear them because I can't find another shoe that doesn't hurt my foot.

For narrow feet I don't think these work. I read the reviews and for people with hammer toes or bunions they seem great. The upper is so soft it doesn't offer support and my feet felt like they were swimming in them. Other reviews are much more favorable so just be careful for what your needs are. For me the Altra's are a much better fit even though they are not narrow.

The toe box was not as wide as expected. I have bunions. I thought it was too tight for my toes to move around. I got an extra wide.

Arch was actually too prominent. The knit material was not supportive enough for me to walk in all day. Pretty shoes that I would wear for quick trips. I went with a different brand that I was familiar with. I have horrible foot issues and wanted something different but this wasn't it.

I am not impressed with Orthofeet shoes. I have a pair in a ladies size 12 B that were definitely not a B width. They were so very wide that I had to add multiple footbeds to wear them. This time I order a ladies 12 Narrow. The width is better but still maybe a B width and they are very short. They are likely a size 11 or 11.5 but definitely not a 12. I am done with buying Orthofeet shoes. A shoe company needs accurate and consistent sizing.

The toe box isn't as wide as I would have expected and my orthotics did not fit well. The shoes pinched in at my little toe and would have likely caused a blister if I wore them any longer.

I bought my first pair of Orthofeet in December when I was traveling to Europe and needed something comfortable and waterproof. Their boots were excellent. I was able to walk 8-10 miles everyday without any problems. Unfortunately, these shoes don’t work. What a bummer!!! The heel to toe drop is pretty big and so I felt like I was wearing a shoe with a heel. My foot problems are with my metatarsals so this was an absolute no from me. I would imagine people with heel problems might like these shoes.

The idea of these shoes is just awesome. And in theory, it works. Reminds me of the mattresses with different layers of foam you can move in the order of your sleep preference. Neither is practical. What happens with the shoes is they have to look oddly proportioned to be able to fit all of that stuff into the shoe. They look oddly not like shoes. And it's difficult to keep the pieces fitted into the puzzle frame (the shoe) and be comfortable at the same time in each of the parts of your foot.

I have a limited ability to narrow athletic shoes. I end up with Brooks most of the time.

I ordered a 6 1/2 & received a 7 1/2. I’m so disappointed. I gave it a 1 star only because they sent the wrong size.

I had high hopes for these since they come in narrow width, but these felt like a B width. Also, even after adding the extra sole pads, they were still far too loose all over. The toebox was too tall, with enough room to bring my toes straight up but no feeling of support. I have a long foot, but that doesn't mean it is a fat or muscular foot. The mesh is too thin to support my midfoot or the forefoot, and even with my own orthotic replacing the footbed, the extra sole pads were not enough to feel overall snugness. The shape of the shoe does not follow the natural shape of mine, and looks like a boat on my foot, very unattractive. The extra laces are good, but the design is the worst of any shoes I have ever had. The tongue does come up high enough for the comfort of the ankle. Altho the heel seemed to fit and was deep enough, adding the extra soles to make the rest of the shoes snug raised up the heel so I was walking out of the shoes. There was not a lot of overall cushioning, altho the insole seemed thicker than most shoes. The white sides of the soles should be black, to look more attractive and easier to keep clean. This brand is not for me.

I bought 2 pair. I had broken both ankles and I needed comfort and support. The heel on the first pair collapsed so that I was walking on the outside of my foot. The same thing happened with the second pair. I would not recommend these for anyone who needs structural support.

Normally wear a 6W but bought 6.5XW to accommodate swelling from recent surgery on one foot and these felt both way too narrow and way too wide on both feet. There was not enough room in the toe box for even my normal foot yet the back was falling off and couldn't be tightened enough to stay on. If this is Orthofeet's idea of an extra wide, I'd hate to try on a medium width shoe.

The toe box was true to size but as you went to the arch area, my foot was hanging over the side of the shoe. I tried the different insoles and pads they sent but nothing felt comfortable . I was also disappointed in the thickness of the sole. It felt thin. For some people this may be a good shoe but not for me.
