I purchased three pairs of Mayari this month! My first pair were the tobacco oiled leather. Don’t be fooled by the stiff leather straps, as they really do transform into a soft velvety texture within a week of regular wear...simply amazing! And oh so comfortable that I ordered the two additional pairs, also in oiled leather (Habana and Zinfandel), and hope that they soften nicely, too. I am a US size 8 but upon reading the reviews here sized down to a 38 in the regular width. The fit couldn’t be more perfect.

These are very cute and Birkenstock comfortable but---a very pale gray in color not white! If you absolutely must have white do not buy these.

I love this style of Birkenstock as it holds my feet in place & looks good. I wear an 8.5 and should therefore wear a 39 in Birks according to the size chart, but I prefer the 38, which has a bit of a snugger fit while also being roomy enough and extremely comfortable. I've barely taken these off since I received them!

I love the Mayari sandal. I have it in tobacco brown and have barely taken them off since I received them. I then ordered the white nubuck - beware - they are not white - they are gray, so they sadly went back.

I am so glad these come in narrow! Everyone I know has these sandals and loves them, but they always felt too big for my skinny feet! The narrow fits perfectly and they are so comfortable. I wear them everywhere and love them. I just wish the narrow sizes came in leather and not just synthetics!

I LOVE these sandals! They are my go to all summer as they are really comfortable and go with just about anything from shorts, to jeans to cute summer dresses. I found that I did not have to break these in at all and was able to spend all day walking in central park without my feet bothering me at all. I did have a problem with the strap coming away from the sole after a short time. I contacted customer support who were extremely nice, professional and easy to deal with. I got a new pair shipped to me the very next day and all I had to do was send back the damaged pair with a return label that they provided at not charge. Thank you to customer service for keeping me wearing my favorite sandals! Can't recommend these enough!

Podiatrist recommended these for my chronic plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia (ball of foot pain) as this style has a very rigid sole, decent arch support , and an adjustable strap across the instep that keeps the shoe more stable than a regular flip flop would...Important for me As I have a Very high arch! So very comfortable from day one! At first I was skeptical about the toe loop but after 30 mins wearing them I didn’t even notice it anymore. I am a solid US 8 , and a bit wide in the forefoot, but upon reading the reviews here I sized down and ordered the 38 in Regular width and the fit is absolutely perfect! Yay! So perfect that I have already ordered two additional pairs, all in oiled leather. Have done tons of walking and wearing these around the house and I can honestly say these are the only shoes I have found in years that don’t aggravate my arch, ball of foot, and heel pain. Highly recommend.

I mean, they’re Birkenstocks...they’re a little hug for my feet, so comfy and very secure for sandals.

Another great style by Birkenstock! Comfortable and stylish, however these fit bigger than other styles. I’m a size 40, but with these I went down to a 39. The size and width fit the same as my size 40 Gizehs. I’d suggest ordering a size down from your normal Birkenstock size for the perfect fit.

I bought these for my granddaughter and she loves them.

These are beautiful shoes but the leather between the toes is too big! Really is annoying and had to return.

I love these Birkenstock sandals! I wear a size 7 shoe. I bought the Mayari in size 37 regular, but the sandal was too big. I exchanged it for the 36 regular. It was a perfect fit! Zappos has wonderful CustomerCare. The exchange was simple and quick!

These are my second pair of Birkenstock and are super comfortable.

I always wear a 37 in Birkenstock’s despite being a 7.5-8 in other shoes. I hope the toe strap doesn’t break as one of the other reviewers mentioned with the Birko-Flor.

I had to find my Birkie size. I tried this shoe on in a store but they didn't have the color I wanted. I wear a 9-9.5 M in US sizes. I wear a 41 in Naot and Mephisto but in Birkie's a 40 is my right size. Ordered the Habana Oiled Leather. I never liked Birkies but saw a woman on my flight with this sandal and color and it changed my mind completely. So Zappos got them to me in 2 days from my order date. I tried them on, the toe strap was a bit snug but wore them inside the house all day and by the end of the day they were broken in. Only the toe needed softening up and it was a done deal, I was sold. The arch support is great, these are super comfy and much more lady like for a flat ortho shoe. Comfortable to wear all day. LOVED THEM!

I have admired Birkenstock’s for many years, but purchased my first pairs just this summer. These were my second ones. I ordered the tobacco oiled leather style. I’m glad that Birkenstock still offers real leather options- I think it’s ridiculous to spend $100 on shoes that are not genuine leather. This style sandal is great because it’s a little more feminine than the Arizona. These were comfortable right out of the box- no breaking in needed. I wore these to walk several miles at the beach recently and I had no pain at all. I highly recommend them!

Love my Birkenstock’s. I have horrible feet. Plantar fasciitis, bunions and a foot injury. This style works perfectly and the straps make the bunions less noticeable. I wear a 7.5 to 8 wide in regular shoes and 8 to 8.5 wide in running shoes. The 38 regular fit perfectly. The metallic taupe and silver colors are lovely. Not to shiny and work as neutrals that go with everything. This is my third pair. My oldest is 10 years old and still going strong. And thank you Zappos for being awesome!
