Definitely pay attention to the size chart. I have enjoyed these and recommend them for style and comfort.

I’m a huge Birkenstock fan and have always wanted a pair of Mayari. They fit well, are comfortable and supportive, and cute. I chose to get leather because the Birko-flor can break and I figured for an extra $25 I should have a better pair of shoes. I have a pair of Arizona, Gizeh, and now Mayari, and I feel like I have the sandal trifecta.

Great comfortable sandal for wide feet (medium width). The faux leather holds up better when damp or wet and doesn’t make your feet sticky in hot weather. They look & feel like the leather version.

I bought these for my best friend for her birthday. She had never worn Birkenstock before and I wanted to introduce her to a pair because I just knew she would love them. It’s a gamble buying shoes for someone else but we’ve been friends for a long time and have gone shoe shopping together many times so I took the chance. I’m so glad I did because she was so surprised and she loves them. She needs a shoe with good support and these delivered. Her quote, “ I can’t believe how good the support is. I always though the claims of how great Birkenstock are was just hype. Now I know what all the fuss is about”. I got her the “antique lace” color and they are a beautiful off white with just a touch of pearliness.

Love these. Was worried about the straps around the big toe but they totally molded to my feet by the end of the day. Super comfy super cute. Looks great with shorts.

I have multiple Birkenstocks, this style is my favorite.

Love these shoes so much! Have been wanting to try Birks for awhile now. I generally wear a 10 in most shoes but the 9-9.5 fit me perfectly.

Don't let the initial "stiffness" throw you off! Once you break them in they contour to you and you won't want to wear anything else. They seem pricey but if you are an adult whose size won't change much, you'll have them a very long time. It's a smart purchase for your feet. (Or not so smart because you end up wanting to buy more pairs in different styles and colors!)

These Birks came right out of the box and onto my feet and I walked all day long on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City in total comfort. Plus they are not clunky like so many other styles.I was already a winner!!

This sandal fits perfectly, even on my imperfect feet. This is the replacement for the first pair I bought years ago that just gave out. I am a large woman and find the support from these sandals the best I have found in all my 50-ish years. I buy a half size down, do that for the best fit, unless you are kidding yourself about your true show size.

These are great the tie strap is just a bit stiff at the beginning. Took longer to break in than the black version.

The color (mocha) was just lighter than I thought the product looked on the website but it is still beautiful and I am very happy with it. Not brown, not black, not tan but a color that 'goes with everything'. I haven't had Birk's since the 90's and I am stoked I have them in my life again! being in my late my late 30's and having severe plantar fasciitis, the arch support and foot bed Birk's provide is near second to none. Will have to get more pairs :)

These definitely run large. I normally wear a 7...and ended up with a size 36. Very comfortable and easy to walk miles in. I walked 2 miles in them the first night I got them with no break in needed.

I have worn this style for several years now and I love it. SO much cuter than the Arizona style. This was the first time I ordered the leather upper and it was a bit different than my past experiences. The toe part took a few days to get used to this time as it irritated the skin from the edge of the strap around the toe. I never had this issue with the birki-flor type upper, but it wasn't too big a problem as the irritation cleared up after a few wears and now I love them just as much as the shoes from years past. These are the only sandals I can wear that make my foot and ankle feel secure. They support my arch and relieve my back pain. Birkenstocks rock!

I originally bought the US size 8/8.5 and returned them because they were too big. I am between a size 8 and 8.5 depending on the brand. I returned these and got the size 38 which fits perfect. Great support and comfortable. And cruelty free!!!

These are great! They fit my wide feet and feel so good! I will a new pair when its needed.

This is my first pair of birks. I ordered one size down (I'm usually a 10US or 41EU) because I tried on a pair my friend had and they almost fit me and were a 39, so I went with the 40. One of my feet is bigger than the other, so one foot fits amazingly and the other one is a *tiny* bit snug, but not uncomfortable (which is what I expected, so not Birkenstocks problem). I was warned about the breaking in. As a Doc enthusiast, I thought I was ready. But wow. My feet are crying. I'm sure the pain will be worth it eventually, but definitely not for the faint of hearted! Overall, I like the look and I am excited to break them in.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and after hearing how incredibly comfortable they are I was a bit disappointed. I think there may be a “break in” period necessary so I will reserve full judgment for a bit. The style is just what I was looking for and the fit is perfect.

Sandals fit and felt perfect with the first wearing!
