Nice looking shoe, but Interior is Fabric instead of Leather .... not what I was looking for.

I have bought the same shoe every year for several years. Over the past 2/3 years I've noticed a significant decline in quality. The insert foam chunks away, the liner peals and rolls up, the shoe looks cheaper. The sole last, the leather doesn't look too bad and doesn't wear, but the insert just falls apart. As an everyday shoe, this pair will be my last.

I bought these for my boyfriend which are too small...he needs a 10.5W not a 10W. I have been trying to find out if they will be restocking the 10.5 wide. I have sent 2 emails and get the same automated response that does not answer my question. They do not answer on their phone either, you just get the voicemail stating to email them.

Ordered size 9. These were way too large. This model is made in Brazil. The leather looks shiny/ plastically and cheap. The soles are hard, plastically. I should have sent these right back, but instead wore them twice, outdoors, so I could not return them.

The sole, unfortunately, is awful. Is more like hard slippery plastic. Very ugly feeling when walking. Too bad because the leather upper is wonderfully soft. But the sole ruins it.

They fit loose in the heel, and the sole is slippery on many surfaces. Be careful descending carpeted stairs. I used to like Rock port casual loafers. I returned a pair in a different style purchased a couple months ago because the heel was much too loose. I will likely not buy another pair of Rockport casual loafers. I hope Rockport dress shoes don't fall victim of the same quality decline that has apparently inflicted casual loafers styles. - Disappointed Customer

Returned. Did not fit. All my other shoes are size 10 but this pair was way too big.

Runs large compared to other Rockport 10W shoes I own. Also does not feel sturdy or very supportive. I don't enjoy wearing them as much as an older pair. Somehow these feel poorer in quality.

I really wanted to like these shoes. But, they were just too uncomfortable and quite stiff. And they did not look as nice as on the website. Unfortunately, I had to return them. Although the entire return process was very easy. I have other Rockport shoes that I absolutely love. I have the Grady Venetian Loafer and they fit and feel much better.

The shoes are not comfortable. The left one is ok but the right one is loose making my feet tired after a short walk. Will not buy this brand of shoes any more!

I have an OLD pair of this shoe that I have absolutely loved, but they are worn out now. So I replaced them with this new pair and another pair of the Junction Point slip-ons. As much as I liked my old pair and the new Junction Point's is as much as I dislike the new Palmer Venetian's. I have worn this shoes for about 2 weeks now and I can't say anything good about them. I would not recommend these to anyone. I had to exchange the first pair of size 9's for 8.5's and I am rating the replacement pair. I would exchange these black Palmer's for a pair of black Junction Point's if I could.

I ordered a size 14. I was sent a 10. No way it was going to fit.

They are too large. I bought my regular size that every time I get shoes but these are too big

I ordered Cognac antique and got some shade of yellow! Rockport made the same mistake on my last order last year! Not satisfied at all.

I did not get the write items. Your workers did not work properly, carefully and respectly. Your customer services does not respond phone call!

Shoes ran too big and Rockport won't allow me to exchange them for a smaller size. I've been trying to get them to explain why over the last two weeks and they just have chosen to ignore me. Be very careful with their exchange/return policy. They don't stand behind their products.
