The area around the ankle had no cushioning. When the shoes were tied, the toebox pressed against the big toe/ball of foot. It was painful. Normally, the asymetrical toe box provides room for the toes. This time, the way the shoe tightened around the foot pressed the big toe into the side of the shoe.

The great pads under the shore started falling off after a week. There should have use proper glue.

At least a full size to big. Waaaaay toooo bigggg. Uncommonly ugly. Big fail on Crocs on size and style. Huge fail for Zappos on slooooow shipping. This is my last order from Zappos, this was their 2nd chance to ship in a timely manner.

They are the size of a cruise ship. I think they felt almost 2 sizes to big.

This would have been my 4th pair of Crocs. Unfortunately, they were so wide I think the box would have fit better, They are most certainly made for wide feet...not medium at all. I loved my last 3 pairs of Crocs. Two pair were lined and the other unlined. All 3 pair were size 11. I guess it must be the model of shoe. Needless to say I was extremely dissappointed cause I think they make a quality product with exception of width.
