This was my first and last time, my experience was horrible, my first order with this company. waited for Three weeks just to find out my order was cancel. which was Christmas gifts. Very disappointed.

Too big. Couldn't help me online to change size before it shipped. Customer service was horrible. To bad because I really like Crocs.

Order randomly canceled. No explanation given after almost 3 weeks waiting. Very unhappy.

I own same size I ordered and these did not fit

The size 8 was huge! At least an inch or more space in the back of shoe!

Product is fine but then you get these annoying survey requests

After i purchase this and waited to arrive they tell me 1 week later that my order was cancelled because they didnt have any in stock !!!

To small

The crocs arrived more than 2 weeks late, they dont fit right so I tried to exchange them and the website wont let me.

Very bad

I didn't have this product long enough for it to start peeling.Mind you, they had already changed the 1st pair bc of it peeling as well.I bought a size 6 for my 12 year old daughter, and it peeled instantly. No hard activities were done, besides walking. I don't recommend this one in particular.

Gave blisters

I purchased twice and the orders were cancelled. I received an email for the first pair that my order was cancelled. Ordered the second pair at higher amount then never received an email but got a refund? Never got them and now have to scramble for a different gift.

My product didn't come

These came really small size up. Ik that sounds weird but these are the only ones that don't fit right

I bought these Crocs to replace my outside Crocs but as soon I tried them on they were extremely small. I bought a 8w and it felt like a 7w. I will be seeing if they can exchange them at the Croc Outlet

If you leave them sit in the sun, they shrink one and a half to 2 sizes

The side of this clog broke the first day I wore it.

Bought the exact same size/style for my spouse but the new pair did not fit well.too snug in length and width. Got stung having to pay shipping them back.
