Comfortable on bottom of foot, but tight across the top so it's painful on the sides and over my big toe

I made a mistake and thought they had straps on the back! I bought some from you last that did have these straps. I like the sandals but must have the back straps because my ankles don't work now!

These shoes are precious. I bought them in pink and black. The problem is I can't wear them because my feet swell quite often from neuropathy. The size matches that of my other shoes but was just too tight to be comfortable. I know you've got a great product, and I'm not returning in hopes I can one day wear itthem.

I honestly love to look at these crocs, they're so freakin cute! I ordered a size up b/c I like wearing socks with my crocsunfortunately they either run small, or they shrunk in the heat during delivery. One was slightly smaller than the other, but both are tight and small in size. The size label on the bottom has the right number. But the fit is just noticeably small & weird compared to what the size says it should be.

These Crocs are not bad & fit well, but the comfort level is lacking.

Misrepresentation of colours, returned it unworn but did not receive a full refund unfortunately.

I ordered a size 12 and the pair that I got was marked size 12. However they don"t fit like a size 12. They seem small and I can't keep them on my feet.

The size is off by one whole size and nowhere near as wide as my previous pair.

I purchased these as mens beachwear but found them to be too feminine based on their color tint. I purchased them as camo but when I got them they are classified as mens/woman and the color is not exactly camo.

I bought them for my dad but they were to narrow and my dad didn't want them they were too uncomfortable.

Just feel lose a little like my foot goes a little forward

Not real happy...very hard sole...tight. I don't like them.

I bought these in the same size as my clogs but these slides seem a lot smaller. I only wore them for a few hours and had blisters on the bottom and sides of my feet. They are super cute so I was disappointed by the sizing issue.

There could be better quality control. I was very excited to receive my pair. Upon wearing it, it is very clear the the right shoe is tighter and the edges of the strap are sharper. I triple checked the back to make sure they were the same size. I removed the jibs to make sure that it wasn't the jibs. Then I measured it to check that it wasn't my feet that was the issue. It is very apparent this is a quality control issue. The left sandal has a bigger opening than the right. I was looking forward to comfort but now I am disappointed.

Unfortunately, these shoes were extremely uncomfortable. They were much too big, and the straps were too loose. Not a great find.

Unisex and too big for a Christmas gift

Unfortunately, these shoes are too small and too tight, and not the same size as my older Crocs in the same size. If Crocs is going to shrink the size of a size 12 or 13 shoe, they should make additional sizes through up through 16 for those who USED to wear a size 13 Croc shoe, and now it's too small.

These run very large. My son isn't able to wear these anytime soon because his feet are falling out of them, despite this being the correct size he wears in all other types of shoes. I wish I would have known to order a smaller size ahead of time.

The fit is not like the regular crocs. These run very tight.
