I have a lot of issues with my feet and arthritis as well. But, so far these have been very comfortable to wear! The band holds your feet in place and does not make your foot slide forward.

They are very comfy and Aesthetically pleasing. Be mindful these are rubber so they may or may not rub against ur foot be sure to lotion feets lol

I wanted a pair of sandals that I could easily slip on and off for brief trips outside or to wear with socks if needed, or when going to the gym before changing into running shoes. These fit the bill. Comfy! Great price!
