I didn't get these on Zappos but they are amazing. I'm usually a 9 or 9.5 in shoes and a 10 in boots or athletic shoes. These were true to size as a 10. Extremely comfortable and passed the long walk test. Also toe box area was roomy.

LOVE THESE!!! Super comfortable right out of the box. They look really stylish with the squared toe and heel. I ordered them in every color knowing I would be able to wear these for several years. Worth the price, made very well.

You shouldn't have to struggle to make entry into a pair of high-end boots...or any boots for that matter. They look great, but too much trouble to deal with. Returned.

Can't believe I was able to pick up these booties for $50. I ordered 1/2 size up, and they work fine because of the support and stretch fabric. Ultimately they fit true tonsize, but if out of your size, half size up should also work. Grab these if you can

I loved the bootie, but am returning because the heel is just a tad too high for me. I did not have any issues pulling the boot on and off. I have narrow ankles, and a more narrow foot; the boot felt comfortable, supportive, and fit well around my ankle (no large gaps). I'm between an 8 and an 8-1/2 in boots. I ordered the 8-1/2 (based on other EF boots); I probably could have ordered the 8. The boot looked great with cropped pants, dresses or jeans. I loved the combo of textile and suede. Edgy. Casual or a night out...good for all. The square toe was very comfortable; no pressure anywhere. I also thought the heel provided stability; unlike some other reviews, I didn't find the triangular heel an issue. All in all a great boot. For me personally, I just wish the heel was 1/2 to an inch lower.

The boots are great-looking, very chic and sleek. I gave away all of my boots with heels over the last few years as I can't risk the unsteadiness and the issues they cause with feet, knees, hips, back. However, I felt the need for a pair this year, for dressier occasions. They'll work for that as long as I'm not walking/standing for long, which I have no intention of doing., and the very cool heel is chunky enough to feel stable. They're on the tight side (and I have pretty narrow feet), perhaps they'll loosen up. They also have no cushioning--the ball of my foot was in pain instantly. However, after adding a drug store insert, it was alleviated. Suggest sizing up if you think you might need an insert or orthotic. I went with an 8 despite being a solid 7 my whole adult life.

Ok I want to preface that I loved these boots and wanted them to work so bad! But I have very high arches and the stretch I though would help me actually just pushed against top of my foot which was not pleasant and didn’t seem to stretch enough for my needs and would hurt to break in so I passed along to a friend with less high arches. But they are beautiful and bottom/sole was comfortable and very easy to walk in with block heel.

I like the style and heel of this shoe. However, it was very tight across the top of my foot down to the base of my toes. I’m typically a 7.5-8. I got an 8. It was not comfortable and did not provide any support.

Loved these boots. Wore with cream pants which are now ruined because the black dye from the boots bled all over the pants and did not come out after multiple washings.

Disappointed this boot is all fabric, not for cold weather.
