Nice bottle but the straw cap leaks.

This does not keep the cold liquids cold , ice melts within a few hours .So compared to others I have gotten from the company I am not happy with this

The overall quality is quite good, but the flask does not keep cold water cold with either the chug cap or the flex straw cap. The straw is quite awkward in the mouth too big, really. Quite disappointing, especially the poor insulating capability. I cannot recommend this product.

Didn't expect personalization to appear as large as it does on the bottle.

I do not care for the flex straw cap

I love the color and wide mouth opening on my new water bottle. Not sure on the straw. Mine is leaking a bit. Just need to get used to it. Great product overall.

I had to switch to a bottle that was more secure for travel , and still had a straw lid. So it's great for those features. I dislike how heavy it is, but that helps prevent tipping over. The thing I dislike most is that the lid is so difficult to get off, it's almost like it vacuum seals itself once it has liquid in there and with my joint issues it's almost impossible to get off at time. I also wish the the straw flip lid locked into place when it was open, if the straw moves even the tiniest bit forward air gets in and then no water gets through the straw

The cap works fine and I like it ok, but I like the older straw caps better. The new one doesn't click into place when using it so if your mouth moves a bit the mouth piece straw moves too and you have to move the mouth piece into the fully opened position. The older ones weren't as easily moved out of drinking position.

Finally got itFedEx delivered to wrong house.

Doesn't fit in my cars cup holder

The water bottle is a solid product, but the ordering experience ensures I will never buy directly from the Hydro Flask website again.

I should have bought a Stanley

I purchased this hydroflask because I loved my first one but didn't like how I couldn't dispense ice directly into it due to the small opening. I thought this bottle would be perfect but the cap leaks and when tipped over, all the water seeps out.

I like my 24oz Hydro Flask but trying to get something done on warranty is terrible. I filled out the information and it says 5 to 7 days and not a word yet. Product I like but not so sure about warranty.

Cap and straw leaks constantly

I do not like the design of the new straw lids. They leak when they lay on their side and if the mouth piece isnt tightly open then you suck air.

My prior HydroFlask seemed to keep my water cooler and the straw stayed in place better too. May go back to using my old bottle.

It's a good cap, but it's not very secure. So, if you don't hold it in place, it makes it difficult to drink from.

Way over Priced

We are vary pleased with how cold the bottle keeps our drinks, however, we are disappointed with how easy the bottle dents and coating scratches off. The bottle dropped from 2 feet and has a large dent on the bottom to where it doesn't stand up straight.

Many things to like about this cap. Easy to open, easy to drink, and keeps ice from spilling out when drinking. I followed the trim the straw directions carefully. My straw ended up being exactly 1 inch too short. It does not reach the bottom of the bottle so there is left over liquid. Either I read the directions incorrectly or the straw is designed to not reach the bottom. I recommend trimming the straw to your personal preferences.

Not as good as a yeti

The bottle is awesome as always, but the new lids seal so well that they are really difficult to get off.

This is my second flask and had high hopes it would be as good as the first just slimmer to fit my car cup holder. Unfortunately, it doesn't keep beverages cold as long and is top heavy easily tipping prone. It does fit my car cup holder though.

I've been using Hydroflask water bottles for years and wanted to try a different style. Unfortunately, the straw top is difficult to open and flops around once open. Terrible design. Fortunately, my other straw top fits the bottle but on the whole this was not a successful purchase.
