I usually wear a 9 in boots and an 8.5 in flats. I got the 9s, but they were too large when walking. When you walk, they flop around and your big toe comes out of the toe strap. I might try the 8s.

These do not fit if you have a high instep. I heard that they might not fit people with a high instep on a barefoot shoe blogger's website, but they seemed really cute, so I figured I'd give them a try. She was right. I could only use about 1/5th of the velcro provided. I would have kept them if this were not the case. If you don't have a high arch and want to try these out, I'd recommend going with the smaller size in the range of what you wear. I almost always wear 9s in boots, but I sometimes wear 8s in flats, sandals, etc. When I ordered the 9s, they fit, but when I walked my toe had so much slack that it came out of the toe band. I also ordered an 8, and they fit just right (excluding the ankle strap).

The toe loop in the front is fairly small and has no give. My big toe was too big to get through, so I couldn't even try them on properly. The materials felt high quality and if you have model-feet you should have no issues. The sole also felt durable yet super flexible. I'm going to try another style with a more traditional strap, just a bummer because these are cute. I wish the loop could be adjustable or came in different sizes.

I usually were a size 8 1/2 sandal but decided to go w/9 and am happy with the fit. This is supposed to be a flat sandal without arch support & I again am very happy with the fit, feel & very casual look.

Minimal and stylish. No support but that’s the point of barefoot shoes. Secure to the foot.

I really like these sandals! I’ve needed a bit of time to get use to the barefoot style, but it’s so fun to feel the ground. Typically I wear a 7.5 but I got a 7 in these (the 8 felt too big).

Love this style!! Sadly the toe strap is pretty narrow and not adjustable. Could not get my toe in. Otherwise so cute!!

These would be so great if my ankles were petite and I wasn’t clumsy. As it is, the velro on the ankle strap almost doesn’t reach around to grip itself and the super floppy toe bed has caught my foot and tripped me more than once. Otherwise, super cute, super comfy.

The 2 straps allow the foot to slide back and forth in the sandal, which I am sure if I wore them for longer than to determine if I was keeping them, would mean blisters. This might be helped if the back strap was further back on the sandal. And they do make you walk differently, as another reviewer mentioned. Walking differently can lead to all sorts of hip and back issues.
