The elastic stitched to the leather has separated after one week of wear.

Really nice boot. I got my usual size 8 fit is good and comfortable. I have a narrow foot, so needed to add an insole.

I was unable to find a good fit. Sizing seems at least a full size larger than another style of Frye boots I have. Color was lovely and quality appeared good. Unfortunate that there is no free return shipping for size issues.

At first I loved these boots. Then, after wearing them less than 6 times, they started to fall apart. First, the side stitching started coming out. Then, the pull tab at the top started falling off. When I inquired about repairing/exchanging them (both via email and online form), it took me 2 weeks to get a response, despite a promise of getting back to customers within 24 hours. I was told that since I purchased them 3 months ago, it's outside of the 30-day return/exchange window and nothing can be done. Quality of $300 boots should be assured for more than 1 month! I am SO disappointed and will never buy Frye again.

Love the color! They are so comfortable, I didnt have to break them in. The size is perfect.

A lot of reviews said they were large and they are a little. That may be because a lot of Frye boots run small. I have a narrow foot and I like an insole for extra comfort. Unfortunately, a lot of Frye boots dont come in a 10.5 or 11. Womens feet are getting longer as well. Please make more 10.5s

Have been looking for a shorter black boot with a double sole. Loved the look of these boots so ordered my normal size of 7.5. The boot was what I was looking for however too big so I exchanged for a size 7. I was a little concerned when first trying them on that they maybe a bit too narrow for wearing with thicker socks however after wearing for a few minutes around the house they felt good. Decided to keep and have since walked around Boulder, Estes Park, and few other areas this past week and the boots felt great. The double sole definitely help keep my feet warmer and the traction was helpful when stepping on slick winter spots.

Much like other Frye lovers, I was finally able to snag these babies and Im so glad I did! Theyre super comfy and Ive only worn them around the house the last few days to make sure they were going to work. I usually wear an 8.5 in boots, but I had to send those back for an 8 as they were HUGE. The exchange process was simple and quick! I will say these boots can be a challenge to get on the first few times. I tried regular socks and theyre a bit too thick. Thinner bamboo socks kind of work, but these may be a dress sock situation before I break them in more. Im in Texas, so the fall/winter is usually when we get to wear boots anyway, and wearing with just tights is very comfortable. Just something to consider if youre anticipating to pair with normal crew socks. Happy to finally have some lovely Chelsea boots! Shipping was super quick both times. Bravo, Frye.

So, I've been wearing Frye boots for over 10 years. I'm a very loyal customer. I'm also a size 5 or 5 1/2 in boots. As long as I can remember Ive been able to wear frye boots size 5 1/2 with no issues. I just received these and they fit more like a size 6. This is the second pair of Frye boots I've bought this year that fit way larger then the one's I've bought prior.These fit very long in the to. I'm so disappoint, if this is a new trend for how their shoes will fit in the future I can no longer be a customer....I'm simply sized out. Funny how we talk about size inclusivity but that doesn't apply to women with smaller feet.

Recap return policy before purchasing, theres no mention of return shipping fees. Needed to return because boots didnt fit. No exceptions to return shipping charges.

Not meeting expectations. Very manly looking. Does not have the soft urban feel.

I bought these for more traction in the winter. The sole is great for city errands. The leather is still the same high quality Frye is known for, giving them a dressy feel over Chelsea boots by other brands.

These are amazing boots. My daughter was so excited when she got them. Beautiful leather.

These are beautiful/quality boots. I am always a 6.5 in Frye boots, but these feel a little larger than usual. However, I would not go smaller. Great color.
