You show a picture of the holder with a water bottle inside. I didn't see any caveat that the bottle was not included. Now, to make this a meaningful gift, I was kind of extorted into paying for a bottle. The total cost is now prohibitive. I expected better from Vera Bradley.

Strap is uncomfortable and cuts into neck should be quilted like totes. Also it easily flips spilling out water bottle out. Strap could also be longer. Good concept but poor execution.

I was disappointed because it tips over when I put my water bottle in it.

Picture not accurate. Can only support plastic waterbottle. And even if that's full, the bag doesn't stop tipping over. The weight distribution isn't correct. If this can be fixed, this would be a game changer bag (bc of the phone holder and zipper to hold cards)

When you put water bottle inside it turns upside down and you can't get it to stay upright sleeve for bottle is to short needs to be taller/ longer to be at to top of bottle.

When water bottle is in crossbody it turns upside down and you can not get it to stay upright I believe this happens because sleeve is to short it needs to be taller to go all the way to top of water bottle.

Much smaller than I would have liked. Barely fits even a small water bottle and super tight fit for today's larger phones that have protective cases. Credit card slots inside are very shallow and useless - cards fall right out. Pretty pattern though and seems well constructed.

I wanted to love this, but it is terrible. Doesn't matter the size of water bottle you put in it, it flips over and the bottle falls out. The straps aren't sewn directly to it. My daughter already took the tags off or I would have returned

I bought this for a trip and the normal sized 16 ounce plastic bottle did not fit correctly, not did any other water bottle like a hydraflask or generic reusable bottle. When I wore the bag, it felt off balance. If the loops for the straps were moved forward a bit on the bag instead of beign so far back, it may not feel so unsteady and top heavy. The length of the strap was not long enough and the strap iteself was uncomfortable resting against my neck (as a cross body) with a full water bottle in the bag. It felt like I had to wear it as a shoulder bag (that kept falling off). From a slightly curvy girl with tatas. . it was not a good purchase for me. Cute pattern, good idea---poor ddesign.

Thought it was alittle bigger !!!

The bag doesn't hang straight because the straps attach in the back. With a bottle in it, it tips sideways.

I totally agree with the reviews that comment on how the water bottle tips forward and falls out because of a balance problem with the design of the bag and the location of where the straps attach to the bag. I purchased the stainless steel water bottle that matches the bag so I know it was meant to go together, but it is too unbalanced to stay in place, empty or full. I'm very disappointed. I was really looking forward to a pretty water bottle holder for my walks, but I will be returning the water bottle and the water bottle bag.

I bought it for a vacation and didn't bring it along. There is some kind of balance problem. It kept flipping over when I put the bottle in it.

I was beyond ecstatic when I saw that a Vera Bradley bag in the color I love existed with the ability to carry my water bottle. With my medical condition having water on me is a necessity and when the bag arrived I right away put my 24 oz. waterbottle in for it to become my new carrying solution. The bag unfortunately isn't strong enough to hold the bag without flipping over and everything falling out. The bag will not even stay up right when pressed against my body. The "card slots" are terrible quality and hardly hold onto any card, the best part of this bag is the color. I am very disappointed in the results when I attempted to return the bag. Only to be told they will not accept it. I guess "waterbottle bags" aren't meant to hold waterbottles. I am very disappointed at the price I paid for a bag that I will never use.

Cute print but definitely not a back pack. Too small for anything
