Never received the suitcase, which I reported but you did nothing. No suitcase no refund nothing.

Just received it today. I took it out of the box to give it a try. It's beautiful luggage and moves very smoothly in all directions, but immediately there is a problem. The handle won't go back down in to the suitcase (one side is not working. My husband also tried to get it back down). Since I won't be able to close the box because of the handle still up, I'll now have to go to a store to return it.
