I normally wear a medium or large in women's clothing 34DD with 29 inch waist and medium fits better for me in this style.

I love these seamless vests! The colours, the fit, the fact they keep you nice and cool whilst running! However, they are a bit delicate, this one I snagged a hole in it first wear whilst I leaned assist a railing. Shame, but I sowed it up and I'm still wearing it!
