Loved the jacket but it was clearly previously returned, which is fine, but it stunk like patchouli. Will be being exchanging

I was so excited to receive this jacket….everything about it is great except the material especially around the neckline….whether I wear a tinted moisturizer or nothing near my neckline purposely, white powdery stains show up every time even when I wrap a scarf around my neck…???? And just walking a couple of blocks to work the arm is stained…it’s very strange and upsetting

Yellow color pictured is a golden yellow. Color received was a very pale yellow. Super disappointed Zappos doesn’t have pictures matching the correct jacket! Feel like Zappos is usually spot on, but on this case not color is very different than represented. Long time customer, never had this happen before. It’s going back unfortunately

This was a hideous purple/periwinkle color. No at all the blue that is shown in the pictures. I would say it runs large.

Great jacket but not for me. I’m petite at 5-2 and this was too broad and big on my frame. Plus the light pink color wasn’t flattering on frame. The quilting was comfortable though and the jacket was lightweight but warm enough for moderate temperature. It did flare out too much at the base for me but for some that is a good look.

I’m 5’2” 122 lbs I would normally wear size small, however, this jacket roomy/ oversized fit Size XS great fit Can wear bulky seater & still roomy The design is unique so doesn’t look like every other puffer coat. I receive compliments when wearing & questions where to buy Not a heavy coat, but effective 30 degrees & above. Great purchase for me

Absolutely love this jacket! I recommend going down one size or 2 for a snug fit.

The jacket is gorgeous, but note that the pictures for Blue Iris are the wrong color. Blue Iris is periwinkle versus the dark blue teal they have pictured. Also, the coat I received was clearly a return. There are no tags and the coat smells strongly of body odor. Love the coat, disappointed in Zappos quality control both on the website depiction and with the physical item item.

Everything was perfect, it was just a bit too oversized. I ended up getting 2 sizes smaller than my regular top size and that gives the “just enough” oversized look.

The large fit like an xxl and the color was NOT this yellow. It is a very pale yellow.y photo shows the jacket on the original plastic bag compared to my pillow and a truly yellow shirt to the left. Disappointed because the material was very fluffy and soft but can’t keep this color or size!

The Yellow color in the picture is not all close to the actual color, which is a very very pale yellow. Backcountry is the only place online I could find that had an accurate representation of color.

Jacket is HUGE - probably fits an NFL lineman - quality is good, color is nice. I'm a medium to large sized person and I ordered a large since it is outerwear. I'm wondering if I can cut it into a blanket....

Love the Free People packable puffer....I own three BUT this one is clearly used. No tags. Used kleenex in pocket. Disgusting.
