I wear a narrow size, and the heel of this shoe was much too wide. It slid up and down on my foot, and I could barely keep the shoe on as I walked. Sorry, Easy Spirit, but narrow means narrow!

Fit perfectly! Regrettably, returning do to someone having them on with dirty feet. ( imprint of dirty toes and foot on insole. The sole of the shoe was pristine(clean). Will return them with insoles out of shoes so it can be seen( did not see it till removed packing stuff inside of shoe. Have ordered replacement because I love those shoes and they fit. I felt weird putting my foot in it because of the condition( but had to know they fit). I don't know how to upload pics or I would have.

Too much freedom on the back, my foot feels a bit insecure.

I have two other pairs of Earthen shoes in different colors in 8W that are super comfortable so that's what I ordered for this shoe. Inexplicably, it felt too large, so I decided I needed to return for a size 7 1/2 W (if that doesn't work, will try regular 8 - not wide).

The shoe is very well made and mostly comfortable. Unfortunately I have deformities in my toes which make it hard to find comfy shoes.

Love the look of these shoes. One problem - I had to shorten the laces, otherwise the shoes would be too loose. (I bought 9N).

Fit perfectly and very comfortable

I've tried several shoes in this style and they were eith too big or too small. These (10M) fit well in the length but are a bit wide for me. Wish the adjustment velcro at heal actually did something. My main concern is that they feel heavy, but hope I'll adjust.

I have really wide, flat feet, and I always order 10 WW in Easy Spirit shoes. These were too wide and too long, and there was no way to adjust them. Shoes are NEVER too wide! Until now. I'll be sending them back.

The sole does not have the comfortable cushion that I have come to expect from Easy Spirit, they feel "hard" when walking. Other than that, they are comfortable - especially on my wider foot with the bunion. Someone else mentioned that there is no way to adjust the elastic "ties" - I simply tied a small knot in the top, it doesn't lessen the look of the shoe, and it gave me the better fit for my narrower foot.

half size too long. and even the WW was too wide, which never happens. But there were thick seams inside that you could feel, uncomfortably. THey seemed stiff and cheap.

Ordered 10M, my normal size - these were too big all over. Tried the 9.5 and they were too small.

i REALLY wanted this shoe to work out but the back sling doesn't stay on...i tried a smaller size and it threatened to come off but ultimately the shoe was too small...darn...i wish they made them like the original shoe with a closed back...

Sadly the strap that goes behind the ankle is loose, so my heel comes out of the shoe when I walk. The footbed size is correct so I can't size down. I had even ordered two pairs of this same shoe thinking it was a manufacturing quirk, but both fit the same way and both are going back.

The heel slipped off. I don't think an 8-1/2 would work as the toe space was good

I have other pairs of East Spirit Earthen and bought the same size again. These, however, were much larger. I am going to try a half size smaller.

Does not fit a narrow AA foot; much too wide.

the elastic on top is really loose. not a bad shoe but you will probably need to change. the lacing. I am returning though because I like my old sandals (unfortuantely disontinuted) better.

This shoe was so wide and no way to cinch up the elastic!

I have a wide foot and ordered wide, but this was VERY wide! The heel slipped off my foot and the shoe did not seem as supportive as I had hoped.
