Shoe runs big, 1 wear 10, it was very sloppy on my foot

I have very wide feet and it's hard for me to find boots. Cute boots at that. When I saw these i loved them. When they got here I couldn't even get my foot in until my husband took a hair dryer to one. I wouldn't consider them wide at all. And spending this kind of money on boots the break in period shouldn't be so rough. Idk maybe my expectations were too high. And also these were definitely cuter on the website. Unfortunately these are going back and the search continues..

Perfect workbook for women other than one fits slightly different causing discomfort. I did buy these online so there was no chance to try on. During initial week I thought they would loosen up when broke in. The left boot has a hard spot on top that isn't budging but I love them. I'll continue to work so hopefully they become my go to favorites. I still love ariat!

Love the boots, they fit great, and are adorable, but they SQUEAK literally every time I walk so it is VERY annoying... I work at a cement plant where we are required to have steel toe boots, and they have lasted me almost a year, but the squeaking is making me never want to wear them, but they are comfortable...

After a couple months of wearing my boots, the stitching began to separate and expose the composite toe. Spending all the money with no warranty is beyond me.

These boots are cute. I like the extra material protecting the back of your heal on the inside. However I did not like the height of the boot. For me it sets right on ankle so it's constantly rubbing. I also did not like the laces. Because the boot is so short there's nothing only two eye sets of eye holes to thread the laces though. The straight lace at the bottom goes straight across the bend in the top on my foot. This design makes it hard and painful to tie my laces tight enough.

These shoes are so uncomfortable. I'm not sure whyyyy you would make any shoes without a cushion at the heel ESPECIALLY steel toe shoes. They ran a little big also. I normally wear 7.5 or 8. I got these in 7.5 and they were too big. I didn't even exchange for a smaller pair because the heel on the inside of the shoe literally feels like cardboard. It's a shame because these are really cute shoes.

Didn't fit sent back. I was unhappy did not get discount. It took you almost a month to acknowledge a email. Not happy.
