I bought these because I love sketchers but after a couple hours my feet hurt terrible. There is no cushion. It's like walking on the hard sidewalk. I'm so disappointed.

This is like wearing a shoe. A very hard foot bed. Needs memory foam inside to provide a comfortable fit.

I purchased these boots for Christmas for my daughter, on her first time wearing them the bow came loose. It totally became misshapen and was unable to be fixed. Zappos handled the issue very quickly and replaced them. Unfortunately the second pair did the same thing again within the first wear. She loves the boots but I can not say that I would purchase them again.

These are supposed to be like a slipper and they are so hard I will be donating them . I have bought so many of your products and these to be so pretty and like walking on piece of hardwood!!! I will not be offended if you refund my purchase because clearly I can not wear them !!

The slippers did not have the comfortable Memory Foam insole that the sneakers have. Love the sneakers (I have 2 pairs), but I returned the slippers.
