I love the style of these butter soft leather booties. I did find that they were about a half size too small, especially if you want to wear with socks. So, I took advantage of Zappo’s liberal return policy and exchanged them for a half size larger and they are perfect.

Really like these shoes, they are beautifully styled and soooo comfortable. The leather is so soft. I normally wear 8 1/2 to 9 in medium. I tried the size 40 and they were too small, my toe hit the top end of the boot, I then tried the size 41 and they were too big, my foot was slipping out of the boot. I was really hoping to get a proper fit because they are just adorable. Thank you Zappos for making the returns process easy.

I have very wide feet, and have much more luck when I buy a size 9 Medium when I am looking for boots. My actual size is a 7 1/2 ww. So when I received my package with a pair of ww Clark's and these FABULOUS Pomeroy booties I was so blown away with their style, detail and fit. May be a little bit long in the toe but they were so comfortable, I almost wore them to bed!!! I want another color, too!

These shoes are very cute and extremely, although slightly tight in the toe. They were extremely comfortable without sock, but I bought them with the intention of wearing socks, and they were too small with socks. But very soft and comfortable without socks.

The toe box was too narrow. Not much arch support at all.

The shoe is really cute, detailed and made well. My problem is the sizing 6-1/2 to 7. No true 7 the next size is 7-1/2 to 8, which will be too large.

I am basing my review on my size that works for me. I have a narrow size 5 foot. This bootie fits very well with or without socks with room in the toe area. I would say that this is true to size. Not understanding the inconsistency in sizing it’s frustrating to read reviews that one says to tight while another says too loose. I base my purchases on reviews if I don’t know the brand

I have had the hardest time finding ankle boots that fit. These are snug enough around my ankle that my heel doesn’t slip out of them. I love that they don’t have any heel. They are comfortable. I probably wouldn’t wear them when I have to walk really far, but they were very comfortable for a date night. The attention to detail is amazing on these boots and they’re even more beautiful in person. They’re unique, stylish and the leather is buttery soft. I’m so glad they fit!

I should have paid attention to the reviews. This shoe was too small. Should have ordered a 7 instead of my regular 6.5. I have other shoes in this brand in my regular size so I felt comfortable ordering it again. The leather is so soft, the style is so cute, and the shoe is very flexible and would be comfortable, but these 6.5 had to go back.

I love the style of this shoe. Order larger, as it runs small.

The leather is soft and gentle to my feet and toes. Appreciate the feel of these so conducive to walking in comfort. Love the style and artistic details too. The fit is true to what I usually wear which is a 40. Black is sleek. Look forward to enjoying these.

These boots are SO cute! They are lightweight and flexible. I'm going to try a half size larger, because they are a little tight on my foot. I would like a wider width, but that is not an option.

These are super cute, wish they had fit me. I have shoes from Spring Step, I love them, but I don't think the sizing is consistent. I ordered a size up as recommended, but they are still way too small. It looks like I have ordered another pair similar to the ones I own earlier and those did not fit either. Soft leather with nice accents, kind of bummed that I need to return them. I couldn't submit this review without doing the star ratings, but they were so small I couldn't tell if they were comfortable or if they would have had good arch support.

These boots would have been a Dream boot if they didn’t run so small ordered 9.5-10 which is my size … Very soft leather.

I want to love the way they feel as much ad i love the style. The keather is buttery soft. They feel tight on one foot and fine on the other. I tried a variety of inserts to give the arch better support hoping that would make the difference. I am returning them and ordering the next size up... fingers crossed!

Leather was wonderful and soft. Size 9 was a little tight especially with socks. Will reorder larger size.

Super cute, size is too small. I normally wear a 7M, but these are too short. I’ll try the 8, but suspect it will be too wide in the heel. Returning.

These boots are so cute and well made. After reading the reviews I ordered a half size larger. The heel was loose on me and my toes were a little cramped. The sole seemed to be a little thin and lacked the support I needed. I have to send them back, but loved the quality of the leather and style.

I love the look and feel of the boot. They feel comfortable but run small. I will reorder in a larger size.

Fit small. Wonderfully soft leather and a really cute style. I have other spring step boots in the same size as these (6.5 - 7) that fit fine. These are narrow in The toe box. Sorry to have to return.

Boots run small and look cheap. Sent them back.

Shoe size was 6.5 to 7.5. I wear a 7 I thought I would be safe with that size. Not so. It is too small for a 7. Having to send them back.

These boots are very flexible and don't feel well made. Sizing much smaller than ordered.
