Problem with zippers. Cute boots but could barely get one zipper down and with 2 hands and the second wouldn’t budge. Since many reviewers have commented on this issue, it’s obviously a design problem or issue with the zipper supplier. Returning.

Love these boots! The upper is soft and stylish with a nice non-slip tread that isn't bulky looking. I have a narrow heel, high arch and wide toe. Most round toed boots are snug on me but these have plenty of room. I put in a slightly cushioned support and these boots feel like slippers. Might have to get a second pair!

This boot was a winner! I was looking for a black Chelsea-type boot with a zipper for easy on and off. This boot has minimal details, could have done without the outside zipper detail but can't be too picky when you have foot issues and looking for style and comfort! It has a roomy upturned toe box which I found comfortable and the elastic back top panel eliminates any digging in of the top of the boot. Soft leather and good useful treads along the bottom for Urban walks. My foot runs a but narrow especially in the heel but this boot fit well with medium weight high quality socks...the kind that cling to your foot and don't slip under the heel! I ended up using a Dr Scholl insert insole to fill in some space and make more comfortable as my orthotics are not going to fit. I can be any size from a 9.5-10.5 and the 41 (9.5-10) was good. I tried the Franco Sarto Marcus and Sofft Brookdale b4 finding this one....Thank you Zappos!

Love these boots! Bought 2 sizes wasn’t sure which would fit! I would say true to size! So comfy! Wish insole removed!

Great quality, the leather upper is very soft and flexible so even though it's not wide, the give was enough for my wide feet

This is a GORGEOUS boot, I bought the dark brown which is so beautiful and rich. It is comfortable right out of the box, and I agree with another reviewer to wear a higher sock to compliment the look. The zippers were a bit tough to open at first though. Very happy with my purchase!

Cute comfy boot but runs small and narrow. Too bad.

These ran considerably larger than my other (European) size 41 shoes, even allowing for the possibility of wearing thick socks. The zipper is kind of hard to work, but manageable. The style is virtually identical to a MizMooz boot that fit better, so I’m returning these.

I have a wide heel and narrow toes. These boots pinch my toes. I will be returning them.

I ordered my usual Spring Step size 39 (8.5) and found these extremely narrow across the top of my foot. In fact, I could barely get my foot in the shoe. The length is correct, even a bit long. I do not have extra-high arches.

Could not get zipper to work?

The zipper on one boot would not go down, no matter what I tried.

Zipper on the right boot was completely & utterly stuck. Returning.

Material felt soft, comfortable and about the right size but I couldn't zip up the shoe with my foot in it. The zipper on the other shoe simply didn't work at all.
