These are super comfortable. They looks great with jeans. They have a moderate heel which I need because I cannot wear flats

I really liked the look of this shoe, both online and in person, and so wanted it to fit. But I don't understand the fit. Per the photo I uploaded, the heel seems strangely shaped and wide, as though they'd already been worn and stretched out. I tried them on, and the heel was far too wide. I already have the fit issues of wide toe box and narrow heel, but while adding thicker socks and a dress shoe insole did make my heel secure, they made the shoe uncomfortably tight across the widest part of the foot. Being leather, they might have stretched, but at this stage of my shoe-buying life, if a shoe's not comfortable from the outset, I don't count on it to change. The show looked GREAT on the foot, was supportive, and would have been in steady rotation for my wardrobe if I could have found a way to make it fit comfortably. A rare glitch from a brand I've come to depend on.

I love the look of these shoes for casual office and/or jeans wear, however, they felt a little tight in the width the first few times I wore them. I have been a 6.5 medium for more than thirty years and felt that they could be a bit wider across the toes. I kept them and continued to wear them and they have relaxed a little.

Front of show width wonderful but my heel being narrow as well is giving me trouble. I've tried to purchase heel inserts to no avail. Love the shoe but really need heel inserts.

Comfortable right out of the box. Glad I bought both colors.
