These did not provide the arch support I wanted and felt lower quality overall than I was expecting. The style is cute though.

Arch support is minimal. Toe box too tight

This shoe is much less attractive in person. The heel area is too wide relative to the toe area and slides off. It is also just not comfortable under the ball of the foot. It looks ‘cheap’ in person.

I was surprised at how uncomfortable these Dr. Scholl's shoes were. They gaped at the arch, and one of the shoes rubbed the "knuckle" of my toes. Returned.

I always can wear Dr. scholl's but these were very stiff and hurt my big toes.

Sent two left feet!!!

So with The Dr. Scholls’s Be Ready Black, this is a wedge shoe BUT they also should have put a platform underneath the toe area so your toes will not be in a slumped position when wearing the shoe. If a platform were underneath the toe area, this would balance out your feet and not cause pain but with how the design is, your toes can feel squished. Also the shoe get narrower as it goes towards the front where your toes are.

This review is about the HUGE disappointment I experienced because the shoes (which I knew I would love) NEVER ARRIVED. Of course my credit card was charged and the tracking screen showed they were"in transit" for well over a week. FINALLY after a half hour on the phone with a customer service rep, I was informed the shoes were "out of stock". So then the rigamarole of trying to get my credit card reimbursed........ NOT a good experience and after using Zappos for prior purchases, I am done. If you use customer service, be prepared to be placed on "hold" many times during your conversation.It was so obvious that my representative was reading from a "script" instead of answering my questions directly. I'm hoping I will see a reimbursement soon so that I don't have to spend another large chunk of time with Zappo's customer service.

SEVERAL sizes larger than I ordered and the sizes were rubbed off.

Got them to wear to a wedding, and unfortunately they ended up in the garbage at the end of the evening - no exaggeration. They rubbed my pinky toes raw on both feet. I ended up with bandaids on them during the reception, luckily provided at the venue. I had high hopes for this brand; will never buy it again.
