This shoe fit mostly in every way but the strap in the back does not meet my heel. Yet a size smaller would have my toes hanging over the front end. The strap needed to be closer to the heel but stretchier. However, I think I can solve the problem (at least I hope!) so I'm keeping them. The front portion holds my foot in nicely. Very cute shoe!

I liked this sandal, but they rubbed on the outside of my feet, so I am returning them.

Comfortable fit. Arch seems not be a problem like many other brands for my foot. The base is a bit slippery at first use, so hope it will wear over time to offer enough grip while walking.

I usually wear a 10, but that size was not available, so I took a chance and ordered 9 1/2. They fit perfectly! Very comfortable.

The back strap is not tight enough. The color is great and the shoe is very comfortable.

Had to return these due to not narrow- fit more like medium width.

I got these sandals for my mom, who has bunions. The right one was a great fit, and she really liked it; but the left shoe was too narrow. I thought it might be her feet, but I tried them onmyself and found the same thing. There may have been a manufacturing flaw. Because they are not leather I couldn’t have them stretched. I would have exchanged them, but there were no more in her size.

These are really cute, so I was disappointed they didn’t fit. The height of my arch/foot is too high for the non-adjustable straps.

I feel these shoes are cheaply made. I might have exchanged them for a larger size but even if they were more comfortable I don't think I would have kept them for the price.

These shoes have very little support. The straps felt too loose

shoes were very comfortable, however, the straps bent at the sole and stuck out over the sides of the shoe.

I love this shoe and wish I could keep them but unfortunately, I think the shoes are two different sizes. The left shoe fits perfectly but the right shoe is very wide even though it is marked 10N as is the left shoe. I am very disappointed that the shoes don't fit and i am returning them. i think it is a manufacturing defect. They are very cute shoes and the one that fit was comfortable and looked great on my foot.

Too wide in the heel area, foot moved all around

I ordered my regular size and this sandle was WAY TOO BIG!!!!!

I ordered true to my size but this was way too large.

The shoes looked lovely, but were too tight across the top where the bands cross and form a V shape. I liked the style and color very much.

great style, but too wide to be called a narrow, especially around heel. Was hoping the elastic inserts will help w fit but I was ale to slid foot in and out of shoe without the elastic moving :( Thank you Zappos for free returns.

Nice looking shoe. Bought 8-1/2 M and shoes felt like an extra wide. Had to return them.

The Claudia sandal is a nice sandal, comfortable because it is so stretchy, but because it is so stretchy it does not work for much walking. These are more of a wear around home or wear to a sit-down event shoe. They're a little bit old-ladyish, but I'm an old lady. Overall, I like them, they fit well and look decent, and I would recommend to someone who wants a presentable shoe that is stretchy and comfortable.

The material was a little stiff and I think it would rub after a while.

Wow! These run REALLY narrow. If you have a narrow foot, these were made for you. I feel like these would be wildly comfortable, if they weren’t so narrow. The style is great. They are light as a feather. Unfortunately, they just aren’t made for me.

Adorable shoe. Disappointed it didn’t work. The strap only did not work for my narrow heels. I’m discovering more and more that if the sandal doesn’t have a buckle to adjust the tightness it just doesn’t work for me. True to size. I am a 61/2 narrow and it fit well. Just needed to be able to adjust the strap around the ankle.

Specifically for Wider-footed women: I gravitate to this brand because they come in W. It’s a good thing because their shoes run narrow. As for the W, if you’re a little wide, they should be ok but not if you’re very wide in which case they’ll pinch in ten places. My own problem with the W is they gap in places like the heel strap that never required extra material to begin with. But way too nice to return—not cute in the 20- and 30-something sense but excellent in the mature lady sense.
