Returned, too narrow

It was painful to try to squeeze my toes into the flat toe of the shoe.

The shoe is very narrow at the toe box and pinches.

These felt narrower and smaller than they should for my size (8.5 medium).

This shoe was so attractive and I have purchased a shoe similar in the past. But, when I put this heel on, my toes hurt. It seemed like the room at the toe was much too short height-wise. Hard to describe, but I knew I could not keep.

These are lovely shoes, but they definitely run small despite having a square toe. I normally wear an 8AA and I had to try a 9AA to get these on! Luckily, that did work because I do like the shoes. They can be dressy or casual depending on your outfit.

I absolutely love the look of this shoe! So much so I have ordered it 3 times in different sizes trying to get a pair to fit. I have not been successful and need to return this pair

My feet are narrow and I have a high instep.

I had to check to make sure that the shoe was not a narrow size.

Have already returned because of narrowness, especially at the toes.

These were disappointing; they’re going back

Beautiful sho but too narrow.

I still like the shoe but the heel is too big. I slip out of them. I even bought padding to put around the heel area but still slip out of them. Will try 1/2 size smaller before giving up.

The shoe was cut lower on the inside, showing the toes. It makes the feet look ugly.

I was so hoping that this shoe would be the one I would wear to my grandaughters wedding. However, because of my hammer toe and the fact the straps across toe hit my I was so hoping that this would be the shoe to wear to my granddaughter's wedding. I loved the dressy style however, the straps going across the shoe hit my hammer tow. I tried 2 sizes and the problem remained the same. Guess I will have to settle for a boring pump. Zappos are wonderful to deal with. Thank you for your patience, Zappos. You have amazing customer service.

Seemed to run a size small. Pinched toes. Loved the look of the shoe, but it must go back.

Was looking for shoes for a wedding but these were way too tight in the toes and not comfortable at all. Nice color but returned because of fit

Too tight across the toes.

I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes - one in my normal size, one a half size larger. Both were too small/tight. I was disappointed because they looked to be comfortable with a low heel, which is what I was looking for.

These were only available in a N width in my size. Usually, I can do a narrow width, but these were not comfortable at all. They look pretty off of my foot! Once on my foot they looked streched out and they felt to short as well. I did not like them enough to try a larger size. I think they would look great on someone with a skinny foot.
