They were used and returned!! Shoes were scuffed, marked and the heels were badly damaged. You really should check your returns before resalling them.

What arrived was NOT what I ordered.

The shoes were more like a medium width than narrow

Would like to return them what is the return policy and where do I bring them

Shoe was much longer than I needed

Slides up and down on back of feet when you walk. Odd fitting shoe. They feel like cardboard.

The elastic top was too loose. I stepped right out of them. Had to return.

The shoes squeaked - loudly!

This is a great looking shoe, but the straps are simply stretchy ornamental bands, and don't hold your foot in place. My foot came right out when I walked.

I have these shoes in gold. They were my daughters. I bought them in silver same size same style for prom April 9th, they have an inch of space in the heel, and there's is probably no time to get her another pair delivered in the few days remaining before the prom. So disappointed
